I thought for a long time about how to rate this. It does function as intended and is easy to use, however, the shape of it is a bit uncomfortable and has a tendency to roll. The adjusting pieces are quite large and I wish it was streamlined a bit onto a thick flat band.

I think it's pretty versatile in it's fit and seems like pretty durable elastic.
