Daughter wanted to try this and add to her craft area, so I sent this for her birthday. She researched the production of included cups. After setting up the REQUIRED special, dedicated printer and ink, which is a separate purchase, she started the process. She followed the direction and produced her first cup. As with any new craft, she expected to produce the first cup and then go back and figure out why it didn't work. To her extreme amazement, her first cup = perfect. I, too, was amazed at the perfection and color production. Her next step is t-shirts! Yes, it does more than cups! ... show more

Great price, was sold as used boxed damaged- that being said- machine was still in brand new box never opened, as were the mugs but (2 mugs) 1 mug completely broken and 1 the handle was broke off( fixable) the other two mugs perfect. Just got setup as this is first time user of cricut, so took a little longer than I thought it would, seems to have good pressure, little to no noise, heat level seems good, size seems about right, the weight also seems to be what it should.
