This Cricut EasyPress 2 was the second heat press I have purchased in less than a week. Just like the first one, the temperature readings were way off - as much as 40 degrees! Additionally, the temperatures fluctuated wildly - from 280 degrees F to 335 degrees F. I am returning this heat press immediately and suggest that if you have recently purchased this one, test your temperatures with an infrared thermometer for accuracy. ... show more

This Cricut EasyPress was part of a Cricut gift bundle my son gave me, so I was excited to add it to my crafting supplies. Unfortunately, it ended up being the one Cricut item that let me down. After using it for a while, it simply quit heating. Without heat, it isn’t usable for heat transfer projects, which was very disappointing. I own several other Cricut products that I’ve been very happy with, so I was surprised to have this issue. It may have just been a defective unit, but I wanted to share my experience so other buyers know it can happen. When it worked, it was easy to use and the size was convenient.
