I enjoy using this press. It heats relatively quickly (not rapid) and have a large working surface. If I would change two things it would be the screen placement as when the press is in the upright position it is very difficult to change times and temperatures without fighting to hold down the hot press. 5:26 AM BUYER BEWARE--INCORRECT DETAILS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased this heat because of the size and high temperature settings. Size and slide out deck are great. However, the details on Amazon states the press will heat as high as 500F. The machine will only reach 400F. As I am having trouble setting the time and temperature, I reached out to the manufacturer--Creworks--via email several times (over the last couple of weeks) asking for assistance from a live person/representative to call back. At this point, I have received several emails and videos, which have been no help. The phone number listed on Creworks rings and disconnects. If this is any indication of future service, it's not reliable service. I reached out to the seller through Amazon only to be referred back to Creworks--the manufacturer. I will be returning the heat press due lack of service and incorrect details on Amazon. 😤 ... show more

    • Stop working 9 months later and started to misaligned my work! So disappointed.
I liked the two platforms. I disliked when I turn it on and it didn’t come on. It not like I used this press every week. Also, when I pressed down to set the press it would shift my design on my shirt which was not cool at all.

The manual included was minimal, so when it stopped working after 3 weeks, there was no trouble shooting section, no contact number, no way to contact someone for support, other than calling Amazon directly. Was not worth the $$$$ to waste. Due to the inability to troubleshoot, I could not even see if "user error" was the problem for A to B transfers because the temp and pressure was not accurate.
