This mouthwash is the one you need to get because the active ingredient in this one is Cetylpyridinium Chloride, which prevents plaque & gingivitis, and it does *not* include alcohol. Other mouthwashes (including other Crest brand mouthwashes) usually include alcohol, which is actually not good for your mouth because it dries out your mouth too much and damages your teeth, and it kills the good bacteria you need in your mouth. Also, most other mouthwashes have fluoride as their active ingredient, but fluoride is already in your toothpaste & in your tap water, so it’s not really particularly helpful to rinse your mouth with it after already brushing with it and drinking it. The Crest mouthwash with cetylpyridinium Chloride is what you should use, combined with brushing your teeth using a good fluoride toothpaste (I use Arm & Hammer brand that also includes baking soda) & flossing. I have incredibly strong and healthy teeth from decades of this method (I also don’t spit out the foamy toothpaste while I brush, I hold it in my mouth til I’m done, then spit it all out), no cavities or problems. If you use other mouthwashes you are wasting your money and almost surely making your dental hygiene worse, not better.

I love the refreshing taste of this mouthwash. The thing that I'm disappointed with is that the size of these bottles. This is definitely a case of SHRINKFLATION! The price of the bottles are the same as they have been, however the size of the bottles are so MUCH SMALLER than they have been! I will not purchase this again.
