I have to be honest - I know Crest is probably the leader in toothpaste. Lately price has been te biggest factor when shopping vs brand. However, i decided to give this a try because i was very interested in it somehow cleaning below the gumline. I can say that my teeth have never felt cleaner after brushing, and that the clean feeling lasts for hours - significantly longer than regular toothpaste. It has a very mild, subtle flavor to it which I like - not overly strong. Lathers in your mouth more than regular toothpaste but nothing crazy. But most importantly i have noticed that my mouth feels cleaner and fresher throughout the day when i use this toothpaste. I use it with an inexpensice electric toothbruch i purchased from Amazon on a black friday sale. I will continue to use this toothpaste from now on. Highly recommend. ... show more

My dentist recommended Crest Gum Detoxify to me a few years ago after finding bleeding in my gums. Long story short, this toothpaste absolutely works towards solving that issue, but that's not the only reason I swear by it. Other reviewers have already mentioned the mild taste--I really like that taste. An added bonus for me is that whatever residual toothpaste is left in my mouth after I spit it out, _doesn't_ end up upsetting my stomach later in the night. I'm usually frugal, and before I discovered this toothpaste, I usually bought either the original Crest or the triple-action Colgate (depending on which one was on sale), but no more. I'd rather spend a few bucks to get a toothpaste that works for me like no other ever has! ... show more

I’m in the EARLY stage of gum disease, right after gingivitis but right before recession begins I was told, I started using this per my hygienists recommendation after a scaling. Well first off, before I even go into how the results are, I LOVE how foamy this toothpaste gets with my sonicare, it feels so good and makes my mouth feel super clean, I almost like I should use my waterpik before I brush so the paste can really penetrate my gum tissue. This is the order of my oral routine Floss Brush Waterpik Mouthwash It takes like 15 minutes but the results speak for themselves, my gums didn’t bleed when I got probed yesterday, it didn’t even hurt, and my hygienist praised me for half the appointment saying my gums reattached to my teeth very well after removing the tartar underneath and they looked FABULOUS My mouth is the cleanest it’s ever been in my life and I don’t think I plan on changing toothpaste anytime soon unless my sensitivity gets to be a lot again 🎉 ... show more
