I LOVE these! I’ve tried a handful of other whitening methods in the past and whitestrips are the way to go - 3 time purchaser of these ones specifically and will continue buying them in the future. They truly work. You’ll notice the difference right away. I used to use packs of the regular 30 minute whitestrips and then I got one that came with 2 of these express ones in it as a bonus. I immediately noticed the difference they made compared to the regular ones, so I started buying these packs with express only and I’ll never go back to the regular ones. They stick well, they’re not sliding around which is great considering you need to wear them for 60 minutes, twice as long as the regular ones. Drinking water while they’re on makes no difference, they don’t move. They still make my teeth sensitive the day after but I’ve experienced that with every whitening product. The trick is to do them consistently on consecutive days. I thought doing them back-to-back would make them extra sensitive but it’s actually the opposite. When I space them out, my teeth are sore the day after every time, but when I do them for multiple days in a row, they’re only sore the day after the first day. I usually buy a pack of whitestrips every 1-2 years, because I like to keep touching them up, but with these, I can definitely go longer between packs. I even bought a pack for my sister because that’s how great they are. For me, they removed smoking stains and for her they removed coffee stains. Worked great on both. You won’t regret getting these. BEST PIECE OF ADVICE...use Sensodyne or the Crest Sensitivity tooth paste a few days or a week before using these strips! TRUST ME! It seals up the little pores in your teeth that cause sensitivity to heat and cold which will drastically reduce any discomfort you'll experience from the peroxide. I have used a few whitening strip products in the past but nothing that I didn't get bored of after applying for a week and seeing zero results. So I was excited to finally join the masses to try these. First, the Amazon price is lessv than half the cost of the drugstore ones so anyone considering buying them here, do it! Both of the drugstores in my area (Chicago) had these exact same ones priced above $60 for the same 12 month supply which includes 4 sets of strips (4 for the top, 4 for the bottom.) Second, the application is so easy. They really stick and aren't all goopy like the other products. I didn't much of a difference immediately after removing these but the this morning a few of my teeth that were annoyingly pretty yellow are at least half as yellow!! YAY!! I noticed a little sensitivity on my bottom teeth about an hour into the process. I removed the strips, brushed my teeth lightly and then went to bed. I woke up with significantly more sensitivity though! Its not unmanageable and I can talk, eat and drink ok but its definitely uncomfortable. FYI, I've also taken 5 Tylenol! My friend said she used Sensodyne a few days before using these strips and the days following and it really helped with the pain. So I'm going to take her advice (because it completely makes sense) and test run these strips again maybe 4-5 days from now to continue the whitening process. I'm sure after using all 4 sets throughout the month I'll see a huge difference. I'll report back ;) Just be patient though and use Sensodyne or a sensitivity toothpaste. I really think Crest is on to something here so don't give up if you felt any pain. Just do a little prep work. Trust me!! ... show more
