I have several high-end wire cutters. I bought this,(out-of-country product), thinking a cheap pair for the garage would work in a pinch. After pulling several different nails, cutting a great deal of mild steel rods,(1/8”), and cutting and stripping wire, these cutters show absolutely no sign of damage. They are holding up far better than the previously mentioned high-end cutters. If I didn’t already have far too many cutters, I’d buy another pair or two of these. i have moderate arthritis. most tool handles are too thin for me to get a grip on. these not only have a med curved round handle but they are covered with a traction type of fabric. makes griping easy. i can use both hands to give a last bit of pressure.I 'v cutting wire my old pliers couldn't.
