The media could not be loaded. This product never pumped out purple as described. It pumped white foam twice and then came out as runny liquid and never was able to produce a foam. Complete waste of my money and huge disappointment

It wasn't what I expected, It was not purple foam that turns white after working it's magic. It was just white foam, from beginning to end. And doesn't deep clean for old dirty shoes very quickly. Seems like this is a product for new shoes?
