The media could not be loaded. Nice little roller except for the set of add on rollers for tapered items. this was a joke. No easy way to set it up. No micro adjustment. The accelerations set for the Y axis (rotary) are so fast it will cause the item to loose position like spinning your tires. And it can ruin the piece you are engraving or cutting. So slow down the accelerations and you should be good. There were no feet included to raise the Falcon 2 high enough to use it. So you must buy these separate. The feet were not included with the Falcon 2 either. Even though they show them in the demo video. Make sure you order some or have 4 items of the same thickness you can use to raise it up. ... show more

    • Very hard to adjust.
I don’t know if it’s just my unit or if it’s all units, but when it comes to adjusting the width of the rollers, I find it very difficult to spread them. It seems that if you don’t slide each side extremely evenly, it binds up and won’t move. Yes, I did loosen the tension on the belt, but 9 times out of 10, no matter how careful I am, I cannot get the rollers to slide smoothly or adjust easily.
