Overall, a nice product once you get it to work, which is simply a download away. Go to Creality.com and find the download for Falcon Design Space software. In the software, this machine is a CR - Falcon 10w Laser. This allowed for a proper setup, and all of my initial issues and frustrations went away. The seller has been super communicative and really worked to make my sale great! The laser is awesome - Performance when finally set up is a 5-star event. To obtain this, you must have the enclosure (Makes the area smell like burnt wood during and for a while after cutting.) and the air supply fan to make excellent cuts. This model DOES NOT support the auto on-off from the control unit, which is a big miss, at least in my opinion. I bought the air supply unit to plug into the unit, but I guess it only supports the pro model, mine has no connection for this. Pros: Excellent performance once properly set up with Falcon Design Software Great value to workspace provided Does come with the required honeycomb bed and the Aluminum protection Sheet under the homeycomb bed. Seller is communicating well and customer satisfaction focused. Cons: Very difficult to determine software needed to run unit efficiently. Zero website support by model number. Get the Falcon Design Software. My wife, loves the fact she can design in her favorite software, and execute the file in FDS Not really useable without Enclosure (Can not perform cutting functions safely) Not really useable without Air Supply pump (Can not perform cutting functions safely) Air Supply and Enclosure Vent fans are NOT able to be turned on and off with the main unit. Overall - A very good choice with the needed extra enclosure and air supply. Very accurate cutting and engraving after a good setup is obtained. I will definitely be shopping at CReality when I am ready to upgrade!

Absolutely Fantastic Laser Module – A Game-Changer for My Projects! I’ve been using the Creality 10W Laser Module on my Ender-3 setup for a few months now, and I can’t recommend it enough—it’s earned every one of these five stars! First off, the power is impressive. This 10W module slices through materials like butter: it cuts 10-12mm wood in just a few passes and handles 3-5mm acrylic effortlessly in one go. Engraving is where it really shines—super fine 0.06mm precision delivers crisp, detailed results on wood, leather, anodized aluminum, and even stainless steel. I’ve made personalized gifts, custom signs, and intricate designs that look professional every time. Installation was a breeze—took me under 10 minutes to swap it onto my printer without any permanent modifications. The media could not be loaded. First off, the instructions for this thing are in Chinese… You get about 12 lines of English instructions in a 20 page book and they are virtually useless. You have to go and watch YouTube videos to be able to put this thing together and most of them suck… Then when you finally get this thing put together, you have to hope that it powers on. Mine didn’t power on due to an issue with the emergency stop switch that I had to fix on my own. The machine thought the e stop was on all the time when it wasn’t. There is nothing in the instruction manual about software, there is nothing about suggested software, there is nothing in the instruction manual that tells you what any of the beep codes mean on the machine… so when you press the start button and it beeps twice and then proceeds to do nothing at all, it doesn’t tell you why… maybe it does if you read Chinese… literally 90% of the instruction manual is missing. They give you about 6 English sentences on how to put the entire machine together, and then nothing else. They don’t tell you how to do any test runs, they supply you with a microSD card, but I don’t know if it actually has a file already on it or not because when I put it into the machine and turn the machine on, the machine beeps twice and then proceeds to do nothing… I don’t have a freaking clue what that means because I don’t read Chinese.. and nobody in any video has bothered to tell us what any of this stuff means. C reality should be doing it… but I guess they expect everyone to be able to read their Chinese instruction book… Then there is the honeycomb… They don’t bother to tell you that they don’t actually give you the honeycomb or any type of surface material so when I finally got to the end of following the video showing how to put the machine together, it got to the point where they grabbed their little honeycomb platform and start setting the laser height, and that was about the time that I realized I needed to stop and spend more money and buy more crap… you will have to do this too… get excited for the machine… then get frustrated by the lack of instruction with the machine, then buy an overpriced platform material piece that should have come with the machine… ( unless you want to catch your table on fire… ) they really need to disclose that you need to buy more items to actually use this product… and once you have waited another week for that stupid thing to come in the mail, then you can go back to trying to figure out how to actually make this stupid machine work. It’s probably really simple… But again for the 20th time I don’t read Chinese. and from the looks of these reviews, lots of other people don’t either. they need to show you how to use the product… I’ve had this thing set up for four days now, I have multiple 3-D printers, I literally have a $13,000 CNC router in my garage, and somehow it’s this stupid 10 W laser that I cannot seem to get to work… and that’s ridiculous because the main reason why I have yet to get it to work is because the people who sell it to you don’t tell you how to make it work. The instructions might as well not even be included… Creality, You’re lucky Amazon makes me give you one star as a minimum. I’m lucky that this is the first product I’ve purchased from you…. I will not be buying any other others. My blood pressure is through the roof right now.
