The media could not be loaded. We LOVE our Falcon CR 10W! There is a bit of a learning curve and it is an open frame laser engraver so you need to buy a honeycomb base and an enclosure for it but it’s easy to use once you learn how! It comes with software, but I highly recommend taking the plunge and buying Light Burn. You’ll thank me later! Solid quality and design, it’s fast, and very versatile! You can engrave virtually anything with it, the laser is a little low on the power side for cutting anything more than basswood or cardboard. I also suggest getting the Creality Rotary Pro kit if you want to engrave anything round like tumblers, ornaments, or glassware. A genuine Creality enclosure, and Creality Honeycomb engraving surface.

This item worked ONCE. The next morning when i went to use it, it would not connect to my Mac or Windows laptops. I tried new cables, uninstall/reinstall of Falcon Design Space and Lightburn, changed the OS from Mac to PC, snugged all connections, turn off/On. The results are as follows: The device turns on....thats the whole review, nothing more, nothing less. If you want the LASER to turn on, get another brand. This item has become completely useless, especially when the Laser of the LASER Engraver will not even illuminate.

So far really liking this engraver. I have only used it on leather so far. And I was worried if 10 watts would be enough to cut through abd engrave veg tan leather. So far it's been amazing and head really sped up my craft making. Im very pleased

Great addition to wood work. If u are not familiar with laser printing don’t think u are just going to start producing finished items. U have to research “how to” resources like on YouTube. Product comes with bare min instructions with first language in Chinese. This aside, I would recommend this laser.

It was simple to assemble, but it took quite a bit of time to figure out the software and how to set that part up. We could use more info on that Parr of the process. We have been able to get nice results with the etching on wood. Very happy so far. Excited to get more understanding of the software and settings. Thanks!

The media could not be loaded. I am giving it 5 stars for the product itself. It works really excellently. I use Lasergrbl to connect and engrave pictures and themes without any issue. The direction booklet however leaves a lot to be desired. The print is really small the translation from Chinese must not be correct because some things are missing and it took me a few times to correctly put the frame together. If you are somewhat mechanical, no worries. However if you need clear, conside instructions you may find your self in trouble. Overall though once I got it out together what am excellent machine and great quality of printing.
