I bought this laser about a week ago after a disastrous experience with a much cheaper named brand laser. This laser came fully assembled except for a few small things(which was a blessing).It took about 20 min to get it fully set up and ready to go. I ran the pre set up things to adjust the focus, a quick sample engraving and it was smooth as butter. I had one or two questions and customer service got back to me within 12 hours and helped me quickly. So far, everything is working perfectly. I'll update this after I've engraved and cut several more projects.

I really wanted to like this machine but I just couldn’t. First off it was missing parts most importantly the ir laser head and the editing tools in the software is very minimal compared to xtool. The easiest the comparison I can make using xtool is like watching the Super Bowl on the newest tv and the falcon is unfortunately is watching a a preseason game on an old 720p tv. Like this product and have really enjoyed engraving gifts for family and friends. For an entry level pro model it has good power, but the calibration is just okay. When I cut out everything all in one piece, I have no issues; however, when I cut out something like an ornament and then try to cut and center a design on the other side using the camera, the calibration is slightly off and I have ruined numerous projects because of this. Overall it is a good entry level engraver and for the price and power I would probably buy again, but I'm still trying to figure out how to dial in the calibration despite trying all of the various tips and tricks to do so.
