For the price, really love this machine, does all that I want it to, very clean cuts and the engraving is tight. Bought a Creality Ender 3 for 3D printing and super satisfied with it, so this was a no brainer for me. Great company, awesome results for low cost. Maybe I got a lemon, but here is the issue. While assembling the laser I noticed it would not reach the stops. I removed the wire ties and positioned them and gained a little. The biggest issue is if you forget to force it to the home position, you loose 3 inches, see photo. It will not return to home because the cables are too short. The next problem, it says it will print from gcode, untrue. I have tried and tried, if you do not have your computer attached, it will not work. This might be going back. ... show more

It was simple to assemble, but it took quite a bit of time to figure out the software and how to set that part up. We could use more info on that Parr of the process. We have been able to get nice results with the etching on wood. Very happy so far. Excited to get more understanding of the software and settings. Thanks! ... show more
