Once again Creality has made me a believer in there products. I own 3 filament 3D printers, 1 resing printer, 2 3D scannera and a lot of other items made by Creality. I absolutely love them all. Only wish I had bought the 40w lazer for cutting plexiglass and acrylic easier.

I wish I had the ability to give it less than a 0 star. Well, as of today, September 23rd 2025. I still have a useless piece of junk that I paid almost $1000 for! vendor will not stand behind product. They were generous enough to offer me 50% off of the broken one I have now or a free replacement if I send it to their address in. Texas, at my expense, but here's the catch. The email They sent also states that if they don't receive it in their overseas warehouse, I will not get a replacement... with everything going on today, I doubt they would even claim that they received it... even with a tracking number. I pursued follow-up with Amazon and they assured me that it would be taken care of well, here it is. It's still not taken care of and it's nearly impossible to talk to anyone live at amazon. So since the middle of november 2024, I've had this useless piece of garbage that has yet to be fired once. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this vendor or their company. There's absolutely no customer support. I'm sorry I bought it now, i'm stuck with it, and it's basically expensive e-waste. purchased this in the hopes that it would be exactly what I was looking for I'm sorry, I bought it now, I'm stuck with it, and it's basically expensive scrap The company themselves offer no customer service. I've tried lightburn. And all the other programs, but this thing will do nothing. It starts up and will not fire, will not move. The only movement it does do is go straight to the back and the belts begin to jump on the gearing. I have yet to even see the laser fire once on this. Basically got a very expensive piece of high-tech scrap not unless the company wants to contact me. And offer a replacement. Also, after doing some deep internet searching, I find out that these lasers are infamous for not working correctly because of the pin connector I suspect that's what happened to this one, but since i've had it too long, i'm sure I won't be able to exchange it. I had originally purchased this on November 24th 2024. And here it is September 23rd in 2025, and have not received any real resolutions to the issue both from creolity, or amazon. Creolity wants me to send it back at my cost to an address in. Texas, they claim they'll replace it as soon as it clears the overseas warehouse... amazon did reach out and told me they would take care of the issue at situation. But here it is, I'm still not taken care of. Not only did I buy the laser set up. I bought the canopy. The camera, extra glasses and also, a fume extractor, full honeycomb Mat all of it pretty much useless because I can't use the laser for anything. Do not buy it, do not trust it. The quality is okay, but there is no customer support.Whatsoever... this certainly made me rethink the items that I purchased through amazon now.

Im a beginner and this unit has been simple to use for ingraving. I havent tried cutting and Im struggling with tumblers but all in all easy to use. The laser went out a month into use. I contacted Crelaity and they have sent me a replacement module and its back to working wonderfully. Thank you creality for honoring your device!

I have had this laser for a few days now, I am only intermittently able to connect to it from my Mac. All firmware is up to date and I have been able to do 2 burns. Each time takes about 45 minutes of troubleshooting to get it to connect. I have replaced the usb connecting to the machine, updated the firmware and followed the not very helpful instructions from the support team. I did download an older version which allowed me to burn the 2 I did get, however now I can't get it to run either. When it does burn it does a pretty good job.

Equipment works well, but if this is your 1st laser (like me) you'd be well served to buy something else that has any kind of customer service. Speaking to a live person is IMPOSSIBLE at Creality. First, it's a chat with someone who knows where who informs you that your issue will be escalated to someone else who will respond to you via email. Two days later you will get an automated email response with your chat comments and a list of information required to proceed further. ALL of this information was already listed in my chat comments (listed in the body of the email from Creality). GRRRRRRRR. After 3 1/2 days of trial & error, I was finally able to burn my 1st item. After watching and reading a bunch of reviews I thought that I was buying a product with a known name & support. WRONG! If you are upgrading your laser and have experience with setting up and using them, this might be the product for you. If you are just entering this field for the first time I would advise starting somewhere else!
