I have had this for about a year now, and primarily use it to cut leather and wood. I am happy with my purchase overall, and it has held up well to my inexperience and abuse. The only downside I would say is the Camera. It is very easy for the camera to get out of alignment since it is basically a glorified WebCam mounted to the top of the unit. If you touch / jostle the top near the camera, you will likely have to realign. It gets tedious having to do that frequently, but I've started making it a habit to not do that. Other than that, I like this a lot. I have more than made my money back on this unit by selling the goods I make with it. It is worth it just to not have to cut out leather and punch all of the stitching holes for all of my projects. Two or three hours of cutting leather turns into minutes. It is worth it for that alone!

Used to both cut and engrave mostly wood and some fabric projects and it has met our expectations. It took some time to assemble but it went smoothly. Seems to be a quality machine.

I own a flower shop & boutique. We purchased this laser engraver to help make some of the products we were buying for our floral arrangements & boutique items. For our florals shop we use a lot of wooded boxes for certain arrangements, by us being able to make them we are able to personalize the boxes for holidays or funerals.

So far I have managed to put it together and power it up. The head moves in all directions and finds Home. From a design standpoint I am impressed with this unit, everything was meticulously packed and organized, everything fit to a T, and missing parts. My next step is to download the software and connect my PC to it and start diving in to all the possibilities. This is all I can comment on for now.
