It prints really well, but after 60 days it died giving my alarms when it trys to come to tempature. Would not buy again. *** They made it right with great customer service sent me the parts I needed to get the machine running again.

The media could not be loaded. Easy and fast to build; calibrates pretty easily; overall a good evolutionary step over my modified Ender 3v2, to where it makes more sense to buy this instead of modding. 1) the Y axis carriage was very loose and had to be disassembled and corrected, 2) the brass inlet to the filament out detector is rough and shaving off filament, 3) the PEI plate is not ready for prime time, yet (definitely get adhesion, but definitely can't get the print off after), 4) the glass plate is excellent, and can be turned over and coated with MagiGoo for PP, nylon, etc. 5) the nozzle is a good try at getting a better sock fit for stable temperatures and less tendency for filament to get hung up on the nozzle, but because it is brass and subject to wear, it will need replacement if you use abrasive filaments ... Creality has nicely included a second one of its evolved nozzles, but you will want diamond if you are using CF or GF filaments. I would buy another of these printers, but am hoping they figure out the PEI plate. Just remember to check the build plate carriage for too much play before completing the build (a wrench is included to adjust the eccentrics). I am hoping that the run-out detector inlet gets smoother and stops shaving off my filaments. See the pictures.

This is my third 3D printer that I have purchased new. I went cheap to begin with to see if I really could do this stuff and as my skill improved I kept upgrading. Started out with a Prusa, then went to the Ender 3, then to this Ender 3 S1 and have been very pleased with the product. Much easier to assemble and much more positive on the print head movement. It's obvious that with each successive model the improvements have been implemented. I have run this one for hours on lithopanes, solid objects, and my own designs and if there were any foul ups they were generally mine! Recommend this printer.

Now this is a fine product to 3D print what you can design or download. Assembly is fairly straightforward and takes less than an hour and a half. Love mine and have printed many things from 2 hours to 20 hours, all but two ccame out great.

My first 3d printer, and serving me well so far. You need to have a bit of technical ability and you'll want to look up a YouTube video for how to get started, but those are baseline in this hobby. I had an issue with the main extruder cable after a few prints, and they were very helpful in getting that taken care of.

The Ender 3 S1 works great! The quality was amazing on every single print. Its capabilities blew me away! My smallest print was only 4 mm tall, and it printed it with no issues. I highly recommend this printer to anyone interested in 3d printing, or even people who are already pros in the world of printing. And, for its price, it's probably the best printer you can buy on the market. The learning curve for how to use it is minimal, it's super easy to figure out. And, on top of that, the assembly couldn't be more simple. Would definitely recommend this, 5 stars for sure!

Print quality out of box was really good after assembly and bed leveling. Creality Slicer that is included on the sd card is okay, Personally prefer Cura Slicer The printers hot end cooling fan could be quieter, Idk why it sounds like a launch edition PS4 with a clogged heat sink but it does...how hard is it to strike a deal with noctua. Creality really has people out here like electricians hooking up noctua fans and soldering and checking voltages just so they don't feel like they're in a space X launch. Also I wouldn't mind if my stepper motors didn't get hot enough to cook an egg. Brushed past the build plate motor and felt like I touched the surface of the sun...have you heard of heatsinks? Overall a great printer but I do wish I would have gone with the S1 Pro option.
