This is great, unfortunately, this one had to be returned as it was 110v and I needed 230v (I missed the fine print when ordering), but the replacement was identical and I love it. Helps minimize burn marking and ignition on wood, a must-have addon.

Be very aware that Amazon.com appears to only ship 110V stuff, even if the description and specs indicate otherwise. Amazon offered refund or replacement with exactly the same product even though I’m in a 240V country. Clearly not an adequate resolution. However I managed to contact Creality Support via email, on another query relating to the rotary chuck, and they very kindly resolved the air assist issue by shipping me the correct air assist for 240V. The Air Assist is nicely packaged, comes complete with components and a few spares for the fiddly bits. It works well and certainly makes a difference when engraving and cutting. I’m happy with the product purchased.

EXTREMELY easy to set up. Do to the tree of dollars and get you some more zip ties... make sure you don't tie off the tube with a tight zip tie, and leave enough slack in the line that it doesn't cause your machine to be off (made that mistake!) Other than that, definitely worth the price, and it makes cuts 100% better! Doesn't leave as many scorch marks as cutting without it. Definitely performs great! Lenses cannot be replaced. Only 3 stars.

Since attaching this air assist unit to my 10W Creality Laser Falcon cutter I am using less laser intensity to do the same cuts as I did before. The cuts are cleaner and less burnt and the whole job looks more professional.👍👍

I didnt see that much of a difference. I think it should cost 20 bucks. Not 60. Its a air pump.

I own a small business and have purchased engravers before. In August, I bought a new one along with some other add-on items (including this one). At the time, the reviews were not very positive, but I decided to keep it as a backup in case my current engraver failed during the holiday season, which happened last year. Fortunately, it did not. When I tried to set up the new engraver with my husband in late January or early February, we couldn't get it to work, despite spending hours on it. My husband is an engineer, so he knows his way around electronics. We eventually gave up and I went back to using my old engraver. Recently, when sales slowed down, I decided to use the new engraver to make some simple wooden signs. But the engraver would stop as soon as it hit the starting point of the first letter, even though I was using the LightBurn program. I contacted Amazon, but they wouldn't help me because I had opened the product in January or February. I was not happy about this. Next, I contacted the manufacturer with a video showing the problem. However, their response was unhelpful. They sent me a gcode file and told me to refer to it to see if it could work, even though I had already shown them the problem in the video. All the items I purchased with this machine cost about $2,000, but now it's just an expensive paperweight in my engraving room.
