Features

  • Super Durable Tungsten Construction: These MK8 nozzles are crafted from high-quality hardened tungsten steel, offering a significantly longer lifespan compared to standard brass nozzles. With a hardness of over HRC60, they provide superior abrasion resistance, ensuring consistent performance throughout long printing sessions.
  • High-Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 450C, these tungsten nozzles are ideal for high-temperature 3D printing. They are compatible with a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, carbon fiber, and even PEEK, allowing for versatile printing projects.
  • Precision Engineering: Manufactured using CNC precision lathe technology, these nozzles ensure that the input and output holes are perfectly concentric. The smooth interior with no burrs ensures even filament flow, reducing clogging and providing consistent print quality. Achieve higher print speeds without sacrificing precision.
  • Wide Compatibility: These tungsten MK8 nozzles fit most FDM 3D printers, including Creality Ender 3 series, CR-10, Makerbot, Reprap, and Prusa i3. They are compatible with all 1.75mm filaments and fit perfectly into MK8 heating blocks, making them a reliable choice for your 3D printing needs.
  • Value Pack: The package includes 5 tungsten nozzles in the following sizes: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and 0.6mm. With a variety of sizes, you can easily switch between them for different printing tasks, ensuring high-quality prints every time.

  • Better than I initially thought!
Too many brass nozzles are not of a very high quality and wear too fast, even for brass. So, what to do? upgrade to hardened steel. they will eventually wear, in about 10 yrs. I initially thought these were wrongly marked when they arrived. The tip seemed to be the same size for all, and that size seemed to be about .8 or 1.0 mm BUT Not so! The tips are cut back and the orifice is correct, as marked. it seems the reason for this cutback is for print quality. no dragging on the print, pulling what was just laid down. So far, no complaints. I will be buying several more sets and including them with the line of printers I am going to make.for the price, there is no reason for manufacturers to include brass and not Hardened steel. just tack $5-$10 to the price. ... show more

  • Better than brass
Nozzles were bought for glow in the dark filament since brass wears out. Used for a couple prints before the filament destroyed my extruder gear then clogged the nozzle. Will be back up and printing soon but without glow in the dark filament as it's too unreliable. Will be getting more of these nozzles soon as spares ... show more

  • Nice nozzles
Use these on my Ender 3v2 nice nozzles very consistent. I have ran PLA to PLA-CF, ASA, ASA-CF, PETG, PETG-CF through these they run well

  • Good for abrasive filaments
Bought these so I could print glow in the dark filament, which is more abrasive than a pla or petg. Have only used the .4mm one and no issues at all with it, printing through a few 250g rolls of GITD filament.

  • They work
Unlike brass tips that i have used, they hold up way longer, i run a lot of glow in the dark, glitter, and petg filaments, with stock brass nozzles, they dont last long, with these, i just keep going, print after print, almost non stop.

  • A frequent consumable
The cost is good, however this is not a permanent nozzle it’s a consumable. It never clogged once in 200 hours using the .6. However into the 250 hours prints were getting sloppy and at 275 hours the nozzles need changed. This was printing exclusively CF-Petg and GF nylons. The nozzles bore gets eroded still even though these are supposedly hardened steel. Still cost effective. But if your running only hot abrasives and your quality spirals into the toilet gradually the nozzle has worn out. ... show more

  • Great hardened nozzles
I got some carbon fiber PETG and some glow PLA so I looked for some cheap hardened nozzles. Put nearly 2 spools of the CF PETG through the .6 and after a flow test, still getting identical performance to my initial test. Obviously they won't last forever, but they seem unphazed so far and are inexpensive enough to not care about when they do start to wear ... show more

  • Under extrudes at any temp less than 219 C
I bought these to use for prints that I have Ironing enabled. The brass ones wear out quickly when using Ironing in my experience. I ended up wasting a ton of PLA (Creality brand no less) and kept having extrusion issue after issue. I re-leveled my bed and adjusted the Z offsite more times than I care to admit before I found a work around. I even replaced the Bowden tube with a Capricorn and it didn't help one bit. I have an ender3 V2 Max Neo and it will only print PLA with these nozzles if you set the nozzle temp to 219 C or higher. I am very disappointed with these nozzles and lesson learned. Brass may wear out but it's thermal properties cannot be discounted. I will be removing this and going back to Brass after this current print either finishes or fails again due to under extrusion. ... show more
