This stuff worked wonders for my small window unit in one of my bedrooms! The air conditioner had such a musty smell for a long time! I just didn’t really know what to do about it! Overall worked very well cleaning my condenser coils. Haven’t used them on my evaporator coils because there is a label that says clean with water only. Like others have said it doesn’t really “foam” the way you’d think it would. Definitely buy more than one can. But it did clean my coils to a shine! Just maintain with water afterwards. Don’t want to use this kind of chemical very often.

Instructions were easy to read and follow. I used the whole can on my 2 ton unit and didn’t seem to foam up very well at all. My unit has been neglected the last 8 years so there was some algae build up. Sprayed the first layer and it barely foamed up. Waited about 30 minutes rinsed it really well and waited another hour to apply a second coating and again didn’t seem like it penetrated very well. It did remove the algae. May look into other products to give my unit a nice deep cleaning.

I like the fact that this foam, as compared to similar products, seems to penetrate deeper into the fins before foaming up, which seems to give a much deeper and more thorough cleaning of the coils. Pleasantly scented, too. I did use a trigger sprayer with water to rinse a severely neglected evaporator the first time I used it, but the second time left it shiny by allowing it to self-rinse using the normal condensation from operation. 10/10 recommendation for this product! It works!
