I got this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She just LOVED it! I also got the flower version of this. They aren't "toys" that you play with long term, but they are great for a couple of afternoons to fill their time with something they will enjoy.

I got this for my 8 year old daughter, who loved it. My 6 year old son even had fun with it. I've gotten it for several 8-9 year olds for birthday parties, all with rave reviews. A parent does need to be present at first, these dyes can stain, but otherwise the kids can do it themselves. Mine loved experimenting with different combinations of colors.
