What a neat way to do art in the sunshine! These sidewalk chalk sticks are quite easy to use and really do sparkle. The chalk is soft enough that you won't have to scribble back and forth to get good color, but not so soft that they crumble. However, the color produced by the chalk sticks is not the same colors that you see on the box that is shown on the website. There is a bright pink (I thought it would be red), yellow as shown, bright blue (really a nice color), orange, and an aqua/turquoise shade (not bright green like I had expected). The colors look really good together, and there is enough of a variety to create cool artwork. You can combine the blue and yellow to get a better green and the pink and blue to get a purplish color. The chalk sticks came in a box similar to a crayon box that can be used for storage because it has a lid that you can close. In a week or so, they will probably end up in the plastic bucket with the other chalk sticks! ... show more

This is such a fun product but I'm not going to be buying any more of it. -- it's now twice the price it was during the pandemic in 2022 when there were shortages due to so many people using/ buying it

This is the chalk of ALL chalks. The glitter is fantastic. I was worried a little it wouldn't spray off. You know, leave the never ending glitter for life. It cleaned up with a breeze. The chalk is the perfect size for little hands, and the pointed tip is perfect. I bought other brand chalk on Amazon, and this is all she'll use. The colors are vibrant and the glitter is beautiful. This was my first time coming across this glitter chalk from Crayola. I was a bit skeptical that the glitter wouldn't show up very well if at all, but it was a decent price so I figured I'd let my daughter try it out. I was VERY impressed with the amount of glitter the chalk leaves with each stroke! My daughter loved how pretty her drawings turned out and the fact that it sparkled in the sun. I bought these for my daughters Easter basket. They were expensive for chalk but I liked that it was sparkle. My daughter loves anything with glitter so I spent the extra money. The chalk doesn’t even have that much glitter and it doesn’t show up when you use it. A little disappointed. You can see a slight shimmer in the sun, but not the way it is advertised. ... show more
