Description

Additonal Rail Attachments Compatible With Blackhawk! Omnivore Holster's Multiple holsters for multiple handguns is no longer an issue. The BLACKHAWK! Omnivore multi-fit family of holsters accommodates more than 150 styles of semi-automatic handguns. Our proprietary retention mechanism locks onto the Streamlight TLR1/2 for the light bearing models. The instinctive thumb release disengages the locking mechanism from the Rail Attachment Device when drawing the handgun. Delivers instant access to your handgun, critical in high-pressure situations. Adjustable 3-position thumb release, customization for any hand size. The thumb release will not engage in the firearm is being pulled on. Holster does not contact the frame, preventing wear on the finish. Allows debris to fall through, without getting trapped-reducing jamming. Extra clearance allows for easier holstering and fits a wide range of custom add-ons. Fits almost any semi-automatic handgun with an accessory rail. Available in light bearing models for both SureFire and Streamlight. Explore our unparalleled list of compatible guns. Locks directly to our Rail Attachment Device, not your handgun's frame. Uses a thumb-activated retention mechanism to secure your firearm. Superior strength to weight ratio against any other retention system. 30 years ago, a faulty pack fell to the ground overseas. • Great holster and it fits the Steyr m9!
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
Ok, so this holster does exactly what i wanted in every facet of the game. Thumb drive release works great though there is not much of an audible click when the light locks in. I have not had the issue with the pistol getting stuck as some have have, but it looks like that issue might stem from the mounting thumb screw on the light, just make sure the two raised nips are horizontal in relation to the muzzle of the pistol and it shouldnt be an issue. Keep in mind, this holster is HUGE, its a tactical holster and will be fairly difficult to concealed carry with, i didnt buy it for that so its not an issue for me, but its just something to keep in mind. When using the blackhawk SERPA Quick Disconnect system the holster mounts comfortably and solidly to all serpa platforms including the thigh holster which everyone seems to be having an issue with. I have all of my serpa holsters set up with the QD mounts so it was a no brainer for me. I have tried this with every full size and compact pistol i have with a rail. it fit ALMOST everything perfectly. Basically as long as the tlr-1 or 2 light fit the pistol, it will fit in the holster. YES THIS HOLSTER WILL FIT A STEYR M9-A1 there is plenty of room. I know the holsters for the steyr pistols are hard to come by so i figured that deserved special mention. Mine is the M variant but it should work fine with the L9-A1 (or the other calibers .40 and .357sig) other pistols i have tested with it m&p 45 sig 226r sig 1911 traditional tac ops hk p30 beretta px4 springfield xd 45 tactical Polymer 80 glock build (polymer 80 frame and slide) TLR 1 would not fit (therefore the holster will not work with) hk45c Magnum Research MR9 eagle (walther p99 licensed clone) Springfield XD 45 mod 2 sub compact (not a surprise as its a sub compact, but i figured id mention it) I do not have any of those Recover tactical rail grips they make for the 1911 and beretta 92, but the way the holster is designed I dont see why they wouldnt work, but if someone does have one, they will probably mention it in a review. I'm very happy with this holster and because of its versatility ill probably never need another one, BUT if i did, i wouldnt hesitate to buy one ... show more

  • Nice holster it's a winner for me
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
So this is my first wml holster. And for being what is I like it. Many times multi-fit holsters don't really fit all that well. Now I've purchased a few kydex molded holsters in the past and yes the fit was nice, but never one with a light attachment incorporated into the molding. I'm not gonna sit here any more and blow smoke, but this is a pretty nice holster. Once I was able to get the additional attachments into the right spaces things figuratively and literally clicked. The gun stays locked in. There's no wobble. The thumb button and draw feel as natural as any of the previous mentioned kydex molded holsters. If the need ever arose that I needed another holster like this I would definitely buy another one. Oh and don't be deterred if you have a hard time sliding the long attachment into the grooves. It'll get there. ... show more

  • Decent
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
Bought this to use with a Sig P320 Pro with a Leupold Delta Point Pro RDS and inexpensive Auclaytec light. Fits the bill just fine. Not for duty use as you can "finagle" it out of the holster without pressing the retention button down with some work. Works fine for the range.

  • Gets 5 for fitting and working good
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
Now... it's bulky for my Ruger 380 Security but it's not really made for concealment. The gun itself is basically the same size as the Ruger Security 9 Compact. I ain't hiding anyone in this puppy based on the clothes I wear, unless I start wearing trench coats. The bottom of it does look kind of like a weird battery pack or something and not obviously a gun if it's peeking from under your jacket so I guess that's something. And again - never supposed to be a "you can't find the gun hidden on me!" holster was it. That said, the pistol STAYS PUT and the button draw seems easy and intuitive. So that's a good compromise of safety and drawability I think. It feels nice in jeans with the paddle installed. I even had a "low sit" on a very low stoop wearing this and it was still comfortable. Again, it's pretty big but what did I expect when I added a TRL-1? You're gonna want that at night or in your dark house though, aren't ya. So I'm happy with it overall. Just don't expect to surprise anyone that you're strapped up... unless you wear some hella baggy clothes with which you can still reasonably quickly access the gun. ... show more

  • Solid universal option
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
Great holster, got the TLR-1 model and its fits like a glove for my battle belt setup. Great universal option with solid positive retention, use the blocks and fit them to your gun, they are needed. Clears red dot and suppressor height sights with ease, attached the quick release system also from Blackhawk and couldn’t be happier ... show more

  • Good multi-gun holster
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
I’ll try to keep this short. This is a really decent multi-gun holster for what you’re paying. This attaches to your weapon light NOT YOUR GUN. Some people won’t like this, but remember- your weapon light is literally bolted to your sidearm, so you have no argument about it “not being secure” because of this. The security is going to come in the locking system. This is where I say quality is decent, could be better with better design. The lock catch (that secured to the LIGHT) is a small polymer piece that is decently secure. The firearm isn’t going anywhere, however I worry about prolonged use. It may hold up well over time, not sure. Keep in mind, this holster is rather large, but it’s still built well. The one thing I don’t care for is the rubber thats all over the outside of the holster. It grabs everything, especially in a vehicle. Blackhawk needs to do away with that design. Overall, I think this is a fantastic level II retention holder. However...for duty use i’m semi skeptical. That would be up to the individual to decide for him or herself to use as a duty holster. I think it could be done, me personally I’m not sure. Off duty, casual, range, or any other carry (besides concealed) 100% perfect. Very genius holster. I have used this mode (TLR-1 & 2) with all handguns I own. Sig Sauer P229, Sig Sauer 1911 Scorpion (carry model and full sized) Gen5 Glock 17. This also fits 2011 handgun’s like the Staccato P. Definitely recommend overall. ... show more

  • Not safe to carry a loaded sidearm!
Size: Right Hand Style: Streamlight TLR 1 & 2 Color: Black
I wish I would have taken pictures. Nevertheless, the holster is not safe to carry a loaded sidearm, at least the two that I bought this for. I have a few different handguns and I purchased this holster specifically to carry my Canik SFX and my Sig P320 both with the Streamlight TRL1-HL. First, I really liked almost everything about this holster. It is big if you are wanting to conceal, then again this is not a holster designed for that either. The holster has an open bottom to let dirt, debris, and mud fall through with ease. The draw and reholstering of the sidearm really wasn't that bad. There is a retention screw and it took some adjusting to get it just right for my liking. This honestly was a pain to adjust because the retention is on the backside of the holster and I like to practice after the whole rig is setup. So I had to take it off to adjust and put it back together. It took time. The draw and reholstering from the hip and on my drop-leg setup was actually really natural and smooth after a little practice. The deal-breaker for me was the safety concern. Not sure if I am saying this right but, just because a holster "fits" a specific model of a handgun does not mean that the model should be used in this holster. I could reach into the finger guard and pull the trigger on both the Canik and the Sig with ease, and my fingers aren't exactly that small. It's already a super bad day if someone gets close enough to grab your sidearm and worse yet if the trigger can get pulled while it's in your holster. Or worse yet, if you have children, that already like to put their fingers where they don't belong, this holster is dangerous! ... show more

  • Meh? I wouldn't carry with it out and about.
I'm using with this is the FN 510. I have both the TLR1 and Olight pl-3R light. Both will fit in the holster fine, but the Olight does not lock in rendering the locking features void, I can just draw without pressing the lock. The flexibility of multiple guns is nice, but that adds bulk and lots of "wiggle" in the holster. I will say it's nice to be able to put multiple guns in the holster if you have multiple lights, but the holster is very large (since it's not meant for one specific gun) and I find myself wanting a more specific holster to have on my hip that will cut some bulk and wiggle. I'll most likely mount this under a desk or behind a night stand to hold a gun rather than use daily. ... show more
