I employed this blade during the course of a roof repair involving my sister's home. Due to the fact that I was dealing with several different types of building materials, I dressed my circular saw with this blade in order to facilitate the material diversity. The carbide teeth are pretty aggressive, subsequently, I was forced to be extremely conscientious to allow the blade to determine the speed with which progress was metered with every cut. Everything went well, all things considered. I used this product to cut 1/8 thick L- Channel aluminum & it worked great! It cut the aluminum very smooth & probably would've been even smoother if I didn't stop & re start the cut while trying to get a picture during the cut (the aluminum was secured with the saw clamp). See pictures included. I should also add that the saw used was an entry level cordless 18v saw (not brushless) & it was still able to easily cut through the Aluminum with this excellent blade! *Safety Tip* - there will be fine pieces of aluminum expelled in the cutting process: Always Wear Safety Glasses When Cutting With Electric Saws. Also use the saw clamp when possible. Use a clamp or grabbing tool when cutting small pieces to keep hands farther away from the blade. I'm very impressed with this product so far. ... show more

I cut a metal PC case and a metal Jeep grill (also for using with PC case) with this blade and it couldn't have been easier or more smooth. Just be careful cause when you cut metal, those tiny shards that fly off can be super hot and burn like a sob. So long sleeves might be a good idea. Overall fit easily into my SKIL circular saw and cut through what I needed pretty easily. Definitely recommend. ... show more

This saw blade is excellent. The kerf is thin and the teeth are sharp. I’ve used it to cut on both wood and on aluminum. I’ve had nothing but great success with this and the price point is good.
