Six point sockets are preferable over 12 point, and the ratchet itself is nice due to the fine gearing. Usually when i order wrenches they always tend to fall of and receive them packages empty i just wanted the 3/8 wrench on this but as a kit everything seems to be good quality its such a steal for the price this is all you need on a regular basis.

I am a long time fan of Craftsman tools and needed to have a 3/8 socket wrench. The wrench itself at Lowes was over $30. Here on Amazon, I purchased this kit that not only had the same needed wrench but also came with a small socket extension that I could use and extra sockets... all for $25!
