I baught a press of this brand w someone else and it stopped working after a few presses. I decided to buy another directly from the brand since they wouldn’t assist with troubleshooting unless purchased from them. And again it stop heating after a few presses. I got a replacement. It worked great in the beginning but less than 30 days and im having problems with it heating up. It's taking long to heat up and the temp drops drastically for no reason
