I have a lateral tilted pelvis, rotation in my hips, and as a result my spine curved to keep my head aligned with my pelvis. As a result, it causes lumbar back pain and pain in my left hip when walking. I’ve been dealing with this for 6 mo. I use the pillow for a couple hours each time, as I want to slowly get used to it. It was a little uncomfortable at first but I definitely find great relief as I’ve continued to use it. It helps to put a pillow under your knees when you’re laying down on it. This has made such a huge difference for me - I am buying another and have recommended it to multiple people with low back and sciatica pain. I sleep with this - use it on the couch and take it with me in the car even though my Lincoln has great lumbar support - it is not enough - and car rides are miserable - this has really helped. The heat surprised me as it is instant - My only complaint is the super bright LED light! I need to put tape or something over it as I have to cover it on my bed when I go to sleep - it will light the whole room up. Need pitch back when sleeping. Other than that it is great - I read the size may be small for some, however, my father-in-law is pretty big and he loved it - I am small so it's perfect for me. Highly recommend. ... show more

Pillow was working great and heat was amazing for my aching back. I was very disappointed when the heat stopped working and I couldn’t reach the seller as Amazon only offered a 30 day return window.
