I've been on the hunt for new pillows for months because my old ones left me waking up with a crick in my neck and feeling like I was wrestling a heat wave all night. These COZSINOOR queen-size down alternative pillows (set of 2) caught my eye for their hotel-quality promise, and honestly, they deliver on most fronts – enough to earn a solid 4 stars from me. Right out of the box, they're a dream: super soft and fluffy with that slow-rebound fill that molds perfectly to your head and neck. As a side sleeper who flips to my back halfway through the night, they provide just the right amount of support without feeling like I'm sleeping on a rock. The cooling fabric is a game-changer – it really does wick away moisture and keeps things breathable, so no more sticky, sweaty sheets for me. After a couple of weeks, my sleep quality has noticeably improved. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up without that morning stiffness. That said, they're not perfect. They've started to flatten out a bit more than I'd like after about a month of daily use, especially if you're a restless tosser like me. It hasn't ruined the experience yet, but I can see why some folks might need to fluff them up more often. If you're looking for ultra-firm support, these might feel a tad too plush. There has also been some minor fraying after washing/drying, but that happens with most pillows. Overall, fantastic value for the price – these have transformed my bedtime routine into something I actually look forward to. Highly recommend if you're tired of mediocre pillows!

Product description mentions 2 pillows but you only get 1 (or I only received one pillow). Regardless, it's a good pillow. You receive it in a big retail box. The biggest thing to note in the box is a small bag with extra memory foam nits stuffing if you need it. You'll discover whether you need to add more or not depending on how you sleep (e.g., side sleeper, on your back, etc.); this is mentioned in one of the cards that comes inside the box. For side sleepers, you don't need to add any more because the pillow is supposedly already optimized with the correct amount of stuffing. The pillow looks really flat and this is die to it being compressed for shipping. You need to fluff it up. You can do it by hand but the easiest method is to throw it in the dryer with sie. Tennis balls (I have those sheep's wool dryer balls) and on the tumble/air dry setting. Do NOT apply heat! My dryer tumbled this for 30 minutes. When I pulled it out, it was nice and fluffy. Threw it in a standard queen pillowcase and I can say it felt SO much better than the 2 flat pillows that I was using previously. I'm getting much better sleep and not waking up with neck pain any longer. Well worth the price!

They seem well made unfortunately they're not very fluffy. When we lay on they almost go flat to the bed and they're fully fluffed. There's not enough feathers in here or something to make it comfortable we used two sleeping on thicker regular pillows. They're comfortable they're just not thick enough not enough feathers. Unfortunately for this price we will be returning these. The company who makes these is in China and they boast how great they are. That's just words on paper they're not that great.

Love the pillows! The pillows I have bought from Burlington were hurting my neck. I bought these pillows and fluffed them, washed them and put them in the dryer. I LOVE my new pillows! My neck no longer hurts as the pillow is soft, but not super flat. I am happy that I bought them and I signed up for the extra 5 year warranty for the pillows as well. I am a sleeper that tosses and turns throughout the night so the pillow is great for all sleeping positions. Definitely recommend these pillows!!!
