I got these pillows about a week ago. Unpacked one and gave it a few days to fluff out after bashing it around first to get it started (as recommended). The first couple nights of use I used a pillow case only. Lying on it was heaven! After a while tho it felt flat and not a comfortable rest. After a couple days I put it in a protector cover as well as a pillow case...hard as a rock. Grabbed old faithful last night. Going to take off protector tonight and try again. While this was suppose to be a cool pillow, it is until you add any covers. I want to love this pillow, I really do! 8/7/24 update. Ok I took off the pillow protector and am in love again. I agree with the many comments that this is a "hotel luxury pillow". Not a snowballs chance. This is a simple microfiber filled pillow. Period. Yes, it is comfy, for now, but we shall see how long that lasts. I am not one to get a new pillow each year. I can't tell you how old old faithful is... ... show more

I fluffed the pillows as instructed – but they are super thin when you lay on them. If you like a very squishy pillow, you may like this. But there is no structure to it whatsoever. And it also ended up lumpy in part of the pillow.

I bought these pillows based off some of the reviews, thinking positive. They arrived on time and packaged well. Opened the package and let them sit to expand for 48hrs. I was hoping they would be amazing and I was very disappointed. The pillows are way too soft and by the end of the night they’re flat. Don’t waste your money and be stuck with pillows you can’t return. I gave 2 stars because they were a lighting deal and I got them 50% off and the package was delivered in good condition. These pillows are so thin and flat that they were unusable. Gave as a gift, and ended up being used as an insulating layer between wall and bed only. Their new, upgraded pillow that is $15 more is great! Buy their upgraded pillow. They are wonderful! Get 5 star reviews on amazon and I agree.
