I bought these pillows almost 2 months ago so it was time to make an honest review. If you have tried for years as I have to find decent pillows that don't flatten, don't bulk, are soft and supportive, these are the pillows. If you look at the photos, these are the ones I've slept on for almost two months. Not only at night, but a few hours every day also. That's a lot of use. Because of my back, I have to prop myself up with several pillows at night to keep my weight off of my spine and that is the way I HAVE to sleep. It was imperative that I found pillows that worked for me. I didn't take pictures of my bed during the day when it was made up pretty because no one cares what my bed looks like. People want an honest opinion about the pillows. I bought them May 7th and took these photos at night July 1st just before going to bed and my little one was in bed for the night, too. I can't even begin to calculate the money I have spent through the years at stores and online looking for pillows that are soft and yet supportive at the same time, pillows that don't bulk, don't go flat, don't cost a fortune like feather pillows do (and they never worked for me anyway), until I found these. So far, I haven't needed to throw them in the dryer to puff them up. Not at all. This is the way they have stayed. The 2nd photo is the pillow without a pillow case so you can see what they look like. As long as these pillows continue to do what they have done, I would not spend my money on any others. The only thing that aggravated me was this: For days I was thinking of giving a review and then I got a coupon in the mail for credit on Amazon if I gave an excellent review. 1) I don't appreciate anyone bribing me to lie. It tricks people into spending their money on products that are no good. 2) I don't know why they did that because these are the most excellent and promising pillows I've ever had. Please forgive me in being last with this review, but there are some things that I have to be sure of before giving a product a honest rating without having to update. Let me say these are the most comfortable pillows that I’ve ever had. Being a person that due to medical issues spends a lot of time in bed, these have held the test of time. They still feel the same as the day I received them. I had no idea how good they would feel. I just took a chance, saying it couldn’t hurt, I’ve spent much more on pillows before. I was very weary at first, when it came to purchasing these pillows because I am very picky and I’ve had the same pillow for many years. However, when they arrived, I was instantly in love with how plush they were. These pillows feel incredibly high quality. They are large and full. The support provided is amazing, super soft and fluffy but your head does not go all the way through the pillow, you're actually supported. The comfort level is good compared to others I have owned. The seller say to let it air out for a couple of days after you remove them from the plastic packaging, which is what I did. The pillows fluffed out perfectly and sleeping on them was a true joy. They are definitely hotel quality. My first impression of this pillow, this is not a firm pillow, but if you like a pillow to squish down when you lay on it, then this might not be exactly what you have in mind. When I lay down it's very comfortable and supportive. I am a person lying on my back in sleeping. So as far as comfort it does get 5 stars. I thought as long as the pillow itself is comfortable that is all that matters. The feathers are fluffy enough to support my neck. I love this soft pillow very much. These pillows are comfortable and elegant. It is soft and firm. Advantages： -Packaged very nicely -Good neck and back support - Soft to the touch -100% cotton cover -No smell No mildew Disadvantages: -Not yet! Will update this review if there are. Tips： -After receiving, let these pillows sit for a day before using them so they would completely expand. -I recommend a pillow encasement for dust, mites, stains. In the end, they feel almost like real feather pillows, but actually even more comfortable, because they don't settle like down pillows, they retain some of the fluff. Now, I don't have to worry about allergies, dust mites, etc, and can still have my down pillow comfort. By the way, I don't like feather pillows because they tend to flatten out too much. This is my go-to pillow. In a word, the price is very reasonable and the value is also good. pillow is a good choice for us. I hope the quality could be continued. Loved these pillows, the exact firmness and size. I have a hard time finding the perfect pillow after neck surgery and these pillows allow me to have a good night's rest without any pain in the morning.

I'd rate 3.5 stars. Upon opening, I fluffed by hand and they puffed up nicely. As recommended I left them untouched to finish. After 18 hours I didn't notice them any more fluffed than what I had accomplished in just a few minutes. I'm over 30 and apparently that means the wrong pillow will be a very literal pain in the neck and I had a constant headache. These were a great replacement to my old ones that had gone flat enough to cause me the grief stated above. In 1 night I was vastly improved and after the 2nd, pain free. These pillows have served me well for a few months. But they are already getting noticeably flatter. I'm really hoping I can go a full year before having to shell out for new ones but we will see. ... show more
