After some research I purchased these pillows based on reviews and description. They are indeed pliable, comfortable and allow for multiple-position sleep. The pillows arrive in highly compressed packaging. Be careful using any sharp object to open because of possibility of piercing the actual pillow cover. Once the inner plastic cover is opened, the pillows immediately start to decompress. Remove carefully so as to not split seams. Once completely out of the packaging, the pillows start puffing up quickly. Follow instructions to punch the pillows to separate the inner fiber that allows for air flow and further fluffing. The 24 hour expansion period is certainly adequate but I have found that the pillows continued to expand to their fullest over 2-3 days after I started using them! They are a true queen size (20"x30") and fill my pillow covers and cases nicely. They adjust nicely to positioning and make good bolster supports for back, arms, legs, under knees, etc. I have not found the fabric covering to be particularly 'cooling' as described, thus the four stars. I will not be washing them for a while yet thus cannot review that process and the product's resulting condition at this time. Thus far, however, I recommend this product as [mostly] described. I was very happy when I bought these pillows. Super fluffy and comfortable! I slept so well the first night. The big test for pillows though is not how they feel when you buy them but how they hold up over time. That is why I only gave these pillows three stars. I have been using one of the pillows every night for the past 2 months and I can see a huge difference between my pillow and my extra pillow that had never been used. Both of my photos are from having them for two months and the one I use at night (if you couldn’t tell) is on the right. I was looking for a pillow that was soft, fluffy, still slightly firm, and would keep it’s shape over time since most of the random Walmart pillows I buy tend to be as flat as a board after a year of use. I thought these would be perfect but they didn’t keep their shape like I hoped. I will continue the search for perfect pillows haha.

This set solved the problem of pillows when I visit my family — I now send a set in advance of a visit! These pillows are economical and satisfy a variety of pillow structural preferences. I check ahead of time to discover what the pillow status is in the house. (Between children and multiple pets, pillows seem to have a shot life span). If the answer is uncertain, no problem. I send a new set! I also ordered a set for myself for our guest room to update our hoard of mismatched pillows.
