The price, the options and performance so far are exactly what I needed. Blender quality: Excellent. And for the price you are getting a 2,000 wt blender. 5-05-25 AWESOME sleek design. Well-built and sturdy. The parts are made for heavy duty use. The power: the motor is strong and aggressive but not loud. Smart operation senses the correct blend and duration. My biggest concern was leakage especially during heavy grinding like ice with other blenders I've had to replace, jump for joy it has not leaked! I give it a solid FIVE stars. I highly recommend it for being easy to clean and a great value for the money! So many competing blenders out there with flimsy and expensive warranties, but the strongest selling point for me was the COZII iron-clad warranty which guarantees the whole machine for 5 years and the motor for 10 years!

Don’t waste your money on this. While it is sturdy, nice to look at, and easy to clean this is hopeless at blending the frozen strawberries in my smoothies. While my old Ninja blender took basically 30 seconds (not even exaggerating) just to blend my smoothies, it takes this blender multiple minutes. This blender is so loud, yet underwhelming. It also takes a while for it to blend anything in general. Even something as soft as tofu. I regret spending money on this and if I could go back in time, I’d pick something more reputable and tried-and-true like Ninja or Nutribullet.

I am on a doctor-prescribed soft foods diet, so a good blender us ESSENTIAL! I love all the different settings, the size is good, it's fairly large so I can make bigger batches of foods. I had a problem with the motor going out but that issue was resolved immediately. The company verified my problem then sent me a new one right away. Excellent service, excellent product!

I would recommend. Although the larger picture in my opinion is not as well built as the smaller smoothie to go. But I've got great performance with both so far. It is a bit noisy too. But all in all I think it's a good investment so far. Only had it for 2wks.

UPDATE: While my review of the product remains the same, The seller displayed exceptional customer service to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. The seller went above and beyond my settlement proposal. I wish I could give the seller a 5 STAR+. I bought the COZII blender hoping it would be a high-powered, professional-grade alternative to my Ninja—but it turned out to be a major letdown. Despite the impressive specs on paper (2000W motor, multiple presets), the overall design and execution are poorly thought out and cheaply made. The most frustrating issue is the lack of locking mechanisms. Unlike my Ninja, which has a secure locking blender cup and lid, the COZII relies on a simple pressure fit for both. This feels flimsy and unsafe, especially when blending at high speeds. It’s the kind of oversight that makes you question whether the designers even tested the product properly. The included smoothie cup is absurdly small—so small it looks like it was made for a child. Calling it “to-go” is almost comical unless your smoothie portion is tiny. And again, no locking mechanism here either. Just twist and hope for the best. Despite the word “Professional” in the product name, there is absolutely nothing professional about this blender. The plastic feels cheap, the controls aren’t intuitive, and the overall experience is far below what you’d expect from even a mid-range appliance. My Ninja outperforms this in every possible way: better blending, sturdier build, safer design, and more practical accessories. Pros: • It turns on • Multiple presets • Dishwasher-safe parts Cons: • No locking lid or cup—very poor design • Cheap construction • Extremely small “to-go” cup • Misleading “professional” label • Feels like a budget product trying to look premium Bottom line: Skip this and get a Ninja or Vitamix. The COZII looks good online, but in person it’s a frustrating, underwhelming product that cuts too many corners.

Love it for smoothies. Have had a magic bullet and a bullet RX. This has more power and quickly makes you fruit yogurt and liquid of choice into a smooth. Beverage. Wish the pitcher were glass, but the price is so good compared to other underpowered units, Ill look past it.
