Description

This Coxreels 1125 Series hose reel is designed for air, water, oil, or pressure washer applications and is manual rewind by hand crank action. The reel can be mounted to a floor, wall, ceiling, bench, or truck. It has a steel A-frame construction for strength and durability and 2-point axle support for stability during operation. Professional grade, heavy duty steel construction coated with a durable proprietary CPC Powder Coat Process. Rolled edges and ribbed discs for strength and safety. It has a brake assembly for braking or for locking the drum to a desired length of hose. It has a working pressure of 3,000 pounds per square inch (psi) and a maximum temperature rating of 275 degrees F. This hose reel is suitable for use in lawn care, grounds maintenance, pressure washing, steam cleaning, washdown, and fire protection applications. Leading 2-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Size: 1" x 100'
The reel is a great piece but the description is misleading. (1" Hose ID, 100' Length) if you read this in description you would think the reel came with 100' of 1'' hose. I reported this to Amazon and received many apologies which is all fine and dandy but I see that the ad still reads the same so they can confuse the next customer that wants a reel and hose assembly only to their surprise when they open the box they fine a missing hose and then the new customer has to waste time trying to fine out where hose is, which also is complicated. ... show more

I use this on my wildland firefighting trailer. Great value, well manufactured, and handles slightly more that 100 feet of 3/4" id hose. No leaking on the swivel when pushing 100 psi. This reel should last many years. It doesn't have a tension brake but I have found that there is enough rolling resistance on the bearings that the hose doesn't over-unroll hose when pulling hose off at a good walking pace. Rewinding 100 feet of hose only takes a minute. ... show more

Used to run water hose out to dock. Sits out in weather and after 2 months is none worse for the wear, but has only been two months. Have another Cox real just like this one only little bigger that I use to run the electricity out to the dock and it has been out in weather for past 2 years and still looks like new (after the dust is washed off). Works well for both purposes and is definitely a quality item. A little pricey but worth the bucks and I would definitely buy again. ... show more

Decently built reel, poor item description. There's no effective dimensions in the descriptions so I assumed the images were correct. Well, when my 3/4-250ft reel showed up, it's about the diameter I expected, but its twice as wide as the proportion of the pictures, literally its like 2 reels together end to end (but it's a single piece drum with 2 end plates). Hopefully it'll fit where I plan to attach it on a 500gal water trailer. ... show more
