Definitely not a fault of the machine rather than my house water pressure is terrible. Makes different density and stays in the tank for quite a while. There is a drain tube as well. Works but has an error or the lever gets stuck like every other day. So half the time I don't have ice for work or only have a little "Update the errors are basically daily. Useless machine unless you're there to reset it all the time*

Much better ice maker than those that only hold a small amount of ice and having to empty it often before the ice melts. I just let this baby do its thing and remove the ice whenever I feel like it. The only drawback is that the ice does stick together and you have to use an ice pick to separate it but that is not a deal breaker but would have given it a 5 star rating if not for that. I ran the water line directly to the water tank and just turn the machine on and let it rip. I also added a water filter which was easy to install and change.     • Solution to sticking ice full issue. 9.5 pound ice bin.

I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons. It is advertised as holding 25 pounds of ice. I have let it fill up and weighed the ice multiple times. The bin holds 9.5 pounds of ice. I purchased this one over other ice makers specifically for the larger 25 pound capacity. Second, out of the box, the ice full detecting plate would not return back up which caused it to stop making ice until I manually reached in and raised it. I took the flap off by spreading the plastic tabs. The round protruding nubs on each end had plastic manufacturing seams that protruded. Scraping the seams off to smooth the nubs with an exacto knife solved the issue but it should have shipped fully functional. I do think it functions well but it is not what it is advertised to be. I think if I pay for an ice maker with a 25 pound ice bin, I should be able to hold 25 pounds of ice. False advertising. ... show more

Plastic flapper inside stopped functioning so it will not continuously makes ice unless you constantly reach in and lift it up. Not worth the money.

DOES NOT WORK. I just unboxed this ( purchased a couple months ago for my little coffee bar opening in a couple weeks (unfortunately outside of return window). I had a technician hook up the water and drainage. Errors immediately. Troubleshooting is useless. Doesn’t make ice, just fills with water, ice mechanism isn’t working. A complete and utter waste of my limited money and very disappointing ... show more
