I love this bassinet with the quality and size that it is, but it does have a few quirks that I'm not crazy about, but overall I felt it only needed 1 star deducted . *The bassinet comes in a bag for storage and travel which is important as much as we travel. A huge plus to me is that it has 2 adjustable straps to keep all the pieces together so it's easier to get in and out of the bag. Such a minor detail, but it really does make things easier! *There are only 3 bars that need attached to complete the frame assembly, so it's fairly simple...except, those bars are so difficult to get into their intended spots. We fought for a while to get them inserted. Once all inserted it is very stable, attractive and well made. *The mattress is at least an inch thick, in a soft quilted fabric. Much better than others that are basically just a fabric lined piece of board for baby to sleep on. The fabric and mesh sides are not cheap material either, and all slightly padded. Plus the bed itself is deeper than some others I've seen so it can technically be used a little longer. *The side buttons to adjust the height, or create an incline, are a 2 step button that takes a little more thought to get used to, but I love that safety feature so my bigger kids can't walk up and play with the height. *When it comes to disassembling the bassinet, we go back to the top where I mention how hard it was to get the bars inserted where they go. They were just as hard to get out! The silver spring pegs to release the bars are nearly flat. I had to find a small tool to push into the hole to get them to release. If they are intended to be that flat, then a tool should be included for that. So aside from the bar insertion, and removal from the frame, I really like this bassinet and feel it is definitely worth the purchase. Would make a wonderful baby shower gift that you could feel good about giving, and mom is guaranteed to love!

This bedside sleeper / bassinet is basic and has everything you need, including a bag for storage and travel. It does require some time and a bit of muscle to assemble -- you can't just pull it out of the bag and pop it open, unfortunately. The hammock storage below is a nice feature not often found in bedside sleepers -- use it to store extra diapers, sleep sacks, burp cloths, etc. RECOMMENDED

My husband assembled this easily within 15 minutes and we tested it out with our cat first 😂 it rolls very smoothly and doesn’t wobble in any way. Sturdy for newborns and little ones who aren’t very mobile yet. It lines up perfectly with our king size bed and seems nice and comfortable although we will be putting a lounger in this for baby naps. The sides are nice and high and made us feel more secure about our son being safe while we slept. Great alternative to cosleeping!
