My husband just brought me this press for Christmas, I use it for my business. The heating element started to turn brown after first use and only has got worse! Now the heating element is starting to burn all my cups after only pressing it for 40 sec and the heating element is starting the peel. Would not recommend to anyone! Take you money somewhere else for a better one.

Revised. The company resolved my issue by sending out a new heart press. They responded quickly to messages once we were able to find contact information. It would be helpful if Amazon did not archive contact info after the return time closes in case there are issues. The person I worked with was very kind and understanding. They kept in contact and sent the new press quickly. Would recommend this press as it pressed my cups beautifully with just tape along the seam. No ghosting on top or bottom. I purchased this tumbler press April 29, 2022. At first use I loved it I had no issues with temperatures, it pressed great, and was easy to use. The end of July 2022 when pressing the temperatures would be all over the place dropping and rising during a 50 second pressing period. Also, when have the press temp set at 265 the display temperature would not change but after 20 seconds of pressing there would be so much smoke, and the tumbler would be burnt.

The media could not be loaded. Worked perfect for 1 month. Then all of a sudden one day it stopped heating up. I reached out to the supplier and they stated they would send me a new heat element to see if that would fix my problem. The element never came!!! I had to file a claim with Amazon A-Z guarantee to get my refund. Now I have a $300 paper weight!! Buyer Beware Do not buy from this company!

Works ok. Doesn’t do anything other 20oz cups. Shipping is horrible! It was damaged when it arrived, my fault that I didn’t take it out of the box when it arrived but I just had knee replacement surgery. It was so damaged that my husband had to hammer it back in shape. I had to buy another press. Just check your package immediately. Very large and takes up lots of space. But over all works well.
