This is THE ONLY mascara I use and it works amazing on my short, lashes that also grow straight down. The waterproof edition does make a difference, and the lashes hold for the entire day!

I've bought this brand of mascara before but it's been a while and really missed wearing it. I really like how my eyelashes seem to be fuller when applied but I've ran into two problems while wearing it. While wearing it, which I only apply this mascara to my top lashes and not the bottoms, I've noticed that the black "runs" to my bottom eyelid, making it appear that I have really dark eye baggage (well, worse than what I already have anyway 🤣) The other problem I've come across is after a few hours, my eyes get irritated to where I either try ripping out what's bothering me or wash it off completely, which defeats the purpose. I really like this mascara, but unfortunately, won't be buying anymore due to the problems mentioned above 😕 ... show more

So happy with this mascara It is the only one I’ve EVER tried that did not irritate my eyes. I was surprised at how easy it brushed on to my very very thin lashes. It was also a surprise that it thickened with one coat quite a bit with no clumping and no liquidy mess. Also waterproof as advertised. No flaking from put on to take off. Did not budge! First off, I really like the way this mascara goes on--no clumps, no problems. And I like the color (which is brown-black for mine). Not too dark, but dark enough to make the lashes visible. It also seems to improve the length, or the perception of length. As I have short, blond stubs of lashes, this helps a lot. I wear contacts, and spend a lot of time outside and on the water, so some level of waterproof is very necessary if I don't want to look like a truant from clown school. This mascara does that very well. Goes nowhere, never runs. This, however, makes it pretty hard to get off at the end of the day. For years I've used a Garnier micellar water product to simply take off all my makeup. Poof, and gone. Even the waterproof liner and all-day cream shadow. I've had a hard time, though, getting rid of this mascara. No matter what, I tend to wake up in the morning with at least a hint of raccoon-eye. This does not mean I will not use or don't like the mascara at all--but it might be important if you have very sensitive around-the-eye skin or don't actually need this level of "will not move" makeup. ... show more
