I have been experimenting with different foundations/bb creams lately because I wanted something lighter that was not going to break me out. I LOVE L'oreal Infallible Pro-Matte foundation, but find that it upsets my skin a bit. My skin is very very sensitive to products and will break out after wearing a product just ONE time. Although this sucks, it also is very useful in helping me quickly eliminate products that will or will not work for me. For example, I tried the Maybelline Fit me Foundation (it has a TON of amazing reviews). The finish was flawless and really nice, but after wearing it for the first time for a few hours, my skin had broken out ALL OVER. My skin was completely clear that morning when I applied the foundation. So now on to my review of this bb cream: I ordered the Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream based off of all the positive reviews. Here are the highlights: -I've worn this several times already ALL DAY and my skin has not broken out once. -I apply this with a slightly damp beauty blender and while the finish is not exactly matte, it's beautiful. It doesn't even look like you're wearing makeup; it dries to a soft dewy matte finish (if that's a thing!) I DO wear Maybelline Blur primer underneath. -Again, this DOES NOT LOOK LIKE MAKEUP ON YOUR SKIN! Very very natural finish all day. -Did not prevent my face from getting oily throughout the day, but it's fine, I just blot. The finish still looked natural and healthy all day; no caking, no oxidation. The staying power is impressive given that it's just a bb cream. -The coverage is about light/medium. If you have a ton of blemishes you are trying to cover, you will likely need a lot of concealer. -I was really upset that there were only so few color options available, so I bought 3 of them (light, medium and deep) so that I can blend my own color depending on how tan I am. The darker colors are very warm, so I blend in a little bit of LA Girl Blue Pigment. This stuff is awesome! -Even though there are very few shade options, I realized that since this is not a full coverage foundation the colors just blend in nicely with your skin tone as long as you selected a close enough match to your color. So don't stress too much about the color choice and buy multiple colors if needed and blend your own custom color. Overall, this is an amazing bb cream and I think I will replace my L'oreal foundation. I LOVE that it looks like I'm not wearing makeup and the fact that my face doesn't have pimples all over it at the end of the day when I wash this off is just awesome! Definitely worth a try!!

Feels: nice! Dries to a nice, even texture. Moisturizing: yes! Does a good job of being a non-greasy moisturizer. Coverage: Decent, sheer, and what you would expect from a tint (so not ultra coverage). Does a good job with pores, too. Color: a bit redder than expected. The light one is too light for me and the light/med gives a bit of the "goldfish" look. Might need to get 2 and mix the colors since there are so few options.

I like the coverage, it’s light weight, oil control is better then the Fit Me and Il makiage. I have very oily skin and it’s hard to find a foundation that doesn’t shift or cause more oil

I seriously cannot believe the price of this stuff. Works just as well or even better than high-end foundations that usually run $50 and up. Super lightweight, not greasy, nice and moisturizing (no flaky skin!), and gives my skin such a soft finish - not caky at all. Feels like I'm wearing nothing.. which is what I LOVE. I usually finish with a translucent powder to kind of "seal it in" but not always. It works great on its own. Get it!!!!

I'm a 40 somthing bald guy with sensitive skin that can get angry easily. I use bb cream to blur out some of the visible irritation and sun damage. The consistency of this stuff is great, it's not greasy, it doesn't add shine and it settles nicely into the skin. Guys, here's what you do... 1. Wash and shave like you normally do (please tell me you wash your face). 2. Add your moisturizer and/or sunscreen (Just do it, it's one step and keeps you from looking like a leather bag). 3. After products from step 2 have settled in, apply the bb cream. I usually just do some dots along my forehead and a few on each cheek, but you can also apply to your fingers. Start with a small amount, you can add more if you need to. 4. Gently rub or pat it in evenly with your fingers, covering your skin and rubbing out away from your face towards your hairline, ears, and neck (that's called blending fellas). If you see any blobs or lines, pat them with your fingers and they'll fade away like the innocence of your youth. 5. Look in the mirror a few minutes later and admire your handsome complexion.
