The lightest breath of wind will blow it away even when anchored down to the vehicle it is covering due to there being nothing holding the parts of it together. I bought 2 and hadn't set the second one up yet. Set the second one up and used ropes to hold it together and now it collapsed thanks to the pathetic bends at the corners. These things suck. They are made out of the thinnest metal possible and have nothing to held them together except the tarps. If you live in an area where you get any kind of weather that is worse than a sprinkle of rain don't bother with these. ... show more

This is not sturdy in the wind I have add so many anchors and rachet straps,the side water leaks which is suck the wind blows the sides top edges and water get inside the 20' side upper edges I don't recommend it.

Easy to assemble, has withstood 60mph gusts. Great for protection from weather. Have to remove snow from top if more than couple of inches. Happy with purchase.

I bought this based on it's reviews. I am guessing that the reviews were fake. I have in the past purchased the one that Costco sells. it is amazing sturdy and easy to put together. Super solid frame, but they have changed their design to have the side velcro down and only attach solid on the top and bottom, which makes for a ballooning kite. So since this one got good reviews and still used the bungee's to attache the side panels I thought it would work. It is so flimsy. Nothing wants to stay together and now even with it set up it is a weak mess. I can't image how it will survive any wind and I have it ratchet strapped to a car trailer with 3 ton of hay on it. Make sure you purchase the tie-downs and those screw in anchors. The ones they provide (not the tie-downs because those aren't included) just come right up out of the ground and your canopy goes flying. For anyone that complains about the harbor freight one......ots better than this one!!!

GREAT KIT. BEFORE YOU START TO ASSEMBLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET 6 RATCHING TIE DOWNS. THE STRUCTURE WILL HOLD TOGETHER SO MUCH BETTER. LASTLY THE KIT CALLS FOR TWO TO INSTALL. YOU REALLY NEED TWO PEOPLE IF YOURE ARE PUTTING IT OVER SOMETHING EXISTING. Update: It has been a few months since I have been using the product. There are significant issues that need to be addressed. 1. WIND: This product IS NOT WIND PROOF OR WIND RESISTANT. IF A GUST OF WIND 0VER 15MPH & OR PASSING TRAFFIC WILL AFFECT THIS PRODUCT IN A HORRIBLE WAY. BE SOME WHERE ELSE, the roof bracing I used (shown above) helps. Always break down when wind gust above 15mph. Or don't and watch the wind do it for you. 2. POLE WALL THICKNESS: The pole tends to break because they are too thin. **I need parts to set up my tent properly. 2 poles have split. And need to be replaced. ** 3. Pole Numbering. If you set the product up & break down multiple times the pole numbers are impossible to read. they will wear off. TO: MANUFACTURING & AMAZON I prefer cash in USD for my submission for safety improvement & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ... show more
