  • Take your time!
Size: 8' x 6'
I put this shed together with lots of help from my girlfriend. We took our time and put it together over the weekend. We found that if we just slowed down and took our time that this shed really wasn't that difficult to put together. It's important to note that it does not come with a floor. I knew that ahead of time, so I purchased some treated lumber and built a floor/foundation for it. I included pictures of the shed after our first day and after we finished, as well as the wood floor/foundation I constructed (it's roughly 8'x8'). If you can build Ikea furniture or put together Lego constructs with just picture instructions, you'll do fine with this. Don't be stupid, if the holes don't line up, then it's either in the wrong spot, the wrong orientation, or you need to straighten out the frame a bit more. I found that last part to be true for putting on the roof panels. I didn't have the structure as square as I thought. The shed is lightweight, not heavy duty, but once it's together it's quite sturdy. The labels are correct, the instructions are not translated very well and the pictures can be confusing if you try to rush. ... show more

  • Everything fits as it should.
If you bought this product and saw the reviews, you would assume the holes don’t lineup, the instructions are hard to understand, and nothing is as it should be. I have to tell you, if you have a brain cell in your head, and the ability to build Lego sets by directions, then this should be a breeze. I was able to pour a concrete pad and form it, and build this entire shed in two days. This being said, the directions could be a little more clearcut when it comes to the doors. This should be the hardest part of the entire assembly. One key take away from the build, is that if you run into a situation where you feel like the holes are not aligning, understand that every piece has a specific place to go. Even if it seems like you have multiples of the same piece, This build requires each piece to go to its specific spot. If You are incapable of critical thinking, then stay away from this entire entirely. You’re better off spending a couple thousand dollars and getting a shed company to deliver you one. All in all, I would say it’s definitely worth the money. It doesn’t have the sturdiness of materials, but when you build it correctly, the unit itself is pretty strong. My best advice is to reassemble it before screwing in anything. Make sure everything lines up. Also, a flat surface is crucial. If you try building this in your backyard on the grass and have a lumpy yard nothing is going to line up. It’s Best to build it in your driveway or somewhere with a nice flat surface. Then, have somebody help you carry it to its resting place. If the holes do not line up, it’s because it’s not the right piece. Best of luck! ... show more

  • Trust the Process
I am pleasantly surprised by this little shed. A solo build is very possible if you are somewhat flexible & can understand directions; it took me about 8 hours to complete w/o ever having assembled something like this before. If tasked with doing it again, I could probably do it in 3 (if not for having to peel off the dang film!) A few things worth mentioning/improving; the directions in the manual need to illustrate positioning more clearly. It took some trial & error to figure things out. The door assembly specifically was pretty annoying. That being said, TRUST THE PROCESS… I don’t understand all of the issues people are having about holes not lining up. Yes, you may have to shimmy things around but it will all fall into form. Lastly, SECURE THE FRAME! People who mentioned that it blew away in the wind or fell apart obviously did not secure it to a platform. Overall, I am quite surprised with the quality & sturdiness after complete assembly. I may take the doors off to use it as a glorified wood shed. Awesome product! ... show more

  • Not worth the money and effort
Size: 8' x 6'
I’m half way through putting this shed together and I cannot stress enough - do not buy it! This shed is absolute garbage. The metal walls are flimsy at best. The wind blew a bit harder and bent one of the corner wall to the ground, breaking the connecting metal at the screws. Now I have to fix it because who wants to break the whole thing down after spending hours on putting it together. I cannot see this shed withstanding Houston climate for too long. It’s so light! Good thing I didn’t have it constructed before the last storm with a tornado touchdown! If you decide to buy it and not heed this warning, do yourself a favor and get some loctite. The screws are short and strip terribly, even when using hand screw driver. One side wall is missing holes so I have to make them manually. This is most definitely at least a two person job! You will have a terrible time putting this thing together alone. Some instructions specifically indicate the need for two people to assemble certain parts. Ensure you have adequate help! Now I have to figure out how to secure this thing to the slab or it will fly away if I sneeze whilst inside it! I most definitely regret this purchase. Lesson learned. Next home I’m building my own shed from scratch! ... show more
