This stuff has cut down my migranes. The taste is a Strong Tang flavor, but I cut it. I use this in a 34oz water bottle at work and cut it with some other drink powder. I figure if I drink it in my 12 hours at work I'm good with hydration and getting Beam goodness. Works for me!

Seriously! We have migraines! White lettering is just really hard for migraine sufferers. I only received it today so I’ll report back on whether I improved or not. It has all the good stuff, except B2, my neurologist suggested. It is sweet but just add more water! Problem solved Update 2/26/21 I am unique and have sensitive tummy. So make your own determination. I was recommended these vitamins plus B2 by my neurologist so the concept is great. If you can get past the taste, which is hard, it might work for you. These are vitamins so they didn’t try to mask the vitamin taste but adding more water - 32 oz, didn’t help at all. So, they were too hard on my tummy and the made me nauseous with vomiting. I already have tummy issues, so not their fault. I can’t take them long term but give it a shot. Cove Beam- you seriously need to also adjust this flavor.

Overall, I like this product and will be purchasing more when my current stock runs out. I like that it needs to be dissolved in water because I get the added benefit of remembering to drink enough water every day. The magnesium-riboflavin-CoQ10 mix also seems to help with my overall health. Lack of sleep/energy is my #1 migraine trigger, but I have become more energized since I started taking this supplement and have reduced my weekly caffeine intake to zero most weeks (I only consumed caffeine 1-3 times a week, though). The only reason why I removed a star from my rating is because of the taste. While it tasted like Sunny D when I first tried it, the aftertaste was very bitter, like a dissolving malaria pill. It took me about 3 days to get used to the flavor. Now I can practically chug it, and while a slight bitter taste still remains, I am not bothered by it anymore. Consuming your daily dose while eating food helps with the taste adjustment. I just wanted to point this out in case anyone is very sensitive to taste and even has migraines triggered by taste.

**updated review 11/2021*** I still don't notice an improvement in the headaches after taking this, but it does help with my bowel regularity. I mix it with Emergen-c tropical flavor and find I can tolerate the taste much better. I tried to order this through their actual website since the product is $10 cheaper there, but they don't service my state for some reason. I've only been using it for a few days, and they say it might take 3-8 weeks to see results. So far all I'm seeing is neon colored urine. But I've tried other migraine medicines and have had wicked side effects, so I figure, why not try this? It does have a pretty nasty after taste, so I recommend drinking it with food.

It’s too soon to tell if this product is helping me. I will say the drink tastes good going down. But the aftertaste is AWFUL! It leaves a powdered pill taste in your mouth for hours, and nothing gets that awful taste to go away. If you can handle it, it seems like a good product. I’m going to keep trying it & will update my review.

I’ve been taking Beam for the last month, and it’s been a real game changer in managing my chronic headache/migraine. For most of my adult life, I’ve experienced low-level headache on most days and migraines that rear their head a few times of month. I’ve tried various medications and have utilized Tylenol when I can, but nothing has really taken the headaches away. I know everyone’s experience is unique, but for me Beam has really changed my life, and headaches and migraines are no longer something that I simply accept but something I realize I can control and maybe even prevent. Of course, there’s no magic bullet. I’ve also made changes to my lifestyle by developing a consistent routine that starts off with Beam, and it means I also recognize my body’s limits and know when I need to take it easy, hydrate, etc. I now get migraines only once a month vs. 3-4x a month and headaches maybe once a week. It’s allowed me to be more present in the moment with family, friends, and work. Thank you to Cove for creating Beam! Please consider making other natural solutions for people like me! Also, a note to those who are curious what Beam really tastes like. It’s in the citrus family and is sweet, but it does taste does take time getting used to the slight bitterness. I found that playing around with the dilution helped me dial in the right taste. For me, it’s 1 quart of cold water to 1 pack of Beam.

I was hoping the drink mix of magnesium, Riboflavin, and CoQ10 would be a nice change from pills. However the bitter aftertaste lasts too long. I can’t stand it. If they change the formula to knock down whatever ingredients are causing that I’d consider trying it again, but for now I can’t recommend this product.
