What I dislike is that the machine doesn’t clear the water completely before it dumps the new ice cubes into the pan, and into the water remaining in the pan! I also dislike that customer service has NEVER responded to my question regarding the amount of water to put in the reservoir! There is no mark (but instructions say it’s very important to not go above the non-existent mark!). What I do love about it is its compact size, and the neat little bullet shaped soft ice cubes it produces. This is as close to Sonic Drive-In ice as you can get! All in all, this is a neat little machine and keeps us supplied in soft ice…which is what it is supposed to do. Just don’t expect any help from customer service.

The ice doesn't freeze completely, I am glad I got it for myself and not for a gift. It is very easy to use, if I had it to do again I probably would of spent more money and got a better one.

Arrived quickly, was eligible for (Prime) free shipping were all reasons for picking this model. The ice basket is a little smaller than previous models we have had, but fills quickly. So far, it is a good but at the price.

For the purpose intended, this little icemaker is amazing. It cycles every 9 minutes with a tray of about 10 cubes. Every 5-6 cycles, the ice needs to be transferred to a freezer or used. The reservoir needs to be refilled regularly, maybe every 2nd or 3rd transfer to keep it making ice. Not to worry, if it fills the "tray", or if it runs close to running out of water in the reservoir, it automatically shots off with an alert on the power panel up top. This has been a life saver in this summer's 100° plus heat!! I'll admit to being skeptical about this machine, but it has proven itself over & over!

It will shuffle off when the ice bin is full, nice, but the ice that remains will only remain for a short period of time, before they begin to melt. I would rate 5 ☆ if the cover was insulated to help maintain the ice till used. Delaying the melting and re-ice process.

This ice maker seems to make ice quick. My refrigerator ice maker is so slow and this gives me ice fast. A little noise but not really bad. I agree with the other reviewer about transferring the ice to freezer it’s wet so clumps up, ice pick separated it easily so not an issue.
