I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my money. This isn't just a low-quality sofa; it’s a calculated trap to make returning it nearly impossible. The "Defective" Start The cushions arrive vacuum-sealed and flat as pancakes. The instructions tell you to wait several days for them to "inflate and expand." This is the first part of the trap. I waited, and waited, and they never expanded. They stayed lumpy, thin, and offer zero support. The Return Nightmare When I realized the product was defective and contacted the seller, they "generously" offered a return. Here is the catch: The Assembly Trap: Once you’ve spent hours assembling the frame, there is no way to get it back into the original box. Unless you own a industrial-grade vacuum sealer, those cushions aren't going back in. No Home Pickup: They require you to take this massive, heavy box, (if you are somehow able to pack -- put the toothpaste back in the tube) to a UPS drop-off point yourself. Final Verdict They know exactly what they are doing. They send a subpar product, wait for you to unpack and assemble it, and then rely on the fact that it’s physically impossible for most people to ship it back. Save your sanity and your wallet. Stay far away from this seller.

I bought this couch because of the price and the reviews. It ships in one box. Assembly is easy, with picture instructions and a video you can watch beforehand. I chose the grey color, and it looks really nice. I love the size—it comfortably fits three people. If you want a comfortable couch but have dogs, kids, or anything else that would ruin an expensive one, this couch is for you. It’s a great piece for the money.

Bone of the couch is good. Fabric of couch is soft. It is deep so you can sit and "comfortably fit* so you curl up on the couch. The couch sits a little lower than a regular couch? Or at least couches I have had. The cushion? Zero cushion. You sit down and you can legit feel the wood slacks under your butt. You lean back and you can feel the wood on the back of the couch. You rest your arm and can feel the wood under there. Basically, you're buying an oversized cushioned bench. This is NOT* a comfortable couch to lay around on. This couch requires a separate purchase of dense foam cushions to make the adjustments which would cost another $100, at least. I gave it 2 stars. One star for the softness of the fabric and another star for its depth in seats allowing you to curl up into the couch.

Don't waste your money! Assembly is confusing because some of the illustrations don't accurately show the orientation of the hardware, but we got it together in about 2 hours. We followed the instructions and waited 48 hours for all the cushions to expand before putting them in their coverings. After 48 hours the cushions still didn't look fully expanded - They are thin! We arranged the cushions on the sofa and realized that the seat cushions are too big to fit properly on the frame, so the center cushion buckles in the middle. The back cushions aren't big enough, so they don't take up the full width of the frame. It feels like sitting on a slightly padded board. It's not only uncomfortable, but ugly too! I want my money back, but the box had fallen apart by the time we took all the pieces out and now all the cushions are out of their packages and expanded so everything wouldn't fit in the box anyway. I will be contacting the seller to find out how to resolve this and if that doesn't work, I'll contact Amazon. Save yourself the time, energy and money and just look for a different sofa!
