My girls and I have searched for something to fit the room we call the 'hang-out' spot! This fits perfectly perfect. It is amazing! My 13 year old assisted in putting it together - my way of saying it is easy to assemble. I gave it a 4 only because my daughter and I struggled to attach the chaise to the bed portion. It is quite firm and the quality is good especially considering the price. I am always skeptical when making big purchases online as we purchase blindly. I am not disappointed. One thing to point out, if you are very tall you will have to lay diagonal to be comfortable (my daughter plays basketball and has some tall friends :-) ). For the price its a great couch. The back cushions are really comfy. The seat is a little firm which is to be expected to accommodate the other features. Had a minor issue with one peice which was replaced within days. Great experience.

Recently I've received half of my sofa. Seller did connected me and inform me that other side was on it's way. I only have half a side but overall it's very comfortable. Hope the other side comes so that I could finally sleep on my sofa. But it's was easy to assemble and very comfortable.

Arrived quickly and I needed some help putting it together but assembly directions were simple. It came with all the assembly parts, but I still recommend having a power drill and mallot to put everything in place. It's such a comfortable and affordable couch, we love it in our home!

no cushion to the seating you could feel the ply wood used in seats the wood or frame you would sit on no cushion , threw out within 3 months and just bought a new sectional same price much better … had assembly issues because was not aligned right … this is not worth your money, with the amount spent should of at least lasted a year or two not 3 months . fabric would bubble up… ... show more

Very uncomfortable save your self the hassle, buyer must pay for returns, which will cost a fortune. Also they leave it at your door stoop for a $250 shipping fee. I live in a 4 floor walk up....what a nightmare to carry for a disappointing product!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
