My son got this for Christmas and he loves riding in it. He still hasn’t quite figured out how to drive it on his own so the remote is very handy. The controls on the remote are very simple. At times I find it difficult to keep the truck going in a straight line but overall I do find the remote is easy to operate. The truck was relatively easy to assemble. I remember having a bit of a hard time with assembling the wiring just based on written directions however there was an accompanied installation video that explained it better for me. We have had one incident where my son has pinched his arm while operating the dump truck but he was not hurt. I try to pay extra attention to where hands and fingers are when he operates that part of the toy. We have not yet run out of battery life on a walk or while my son has been playing with it. There is a nifty little indicator on the truck about how much voltage the battery has. We have run it down to 9 volts and the truck still operates but you can tell it is not operating at full capacity. It definitely takes awhile to fully charge the battery so we do try to charge it after every use. Overall we are super happy with the purchase and hope it will last him a couple years of play!

This truck was a birthday gift for my son. He loved it! The truck is easy to install and the remote control is better for keeping the kids safe. We could take him for a walk in the park. It can sing. Many children like it very much.

So... the quality of plastic is sturdy and nicely made for a ride on toy. I had a few anxiety attacks before gifting it to our grandson, because one minute it would work, and the next it wouldn't. I was so afraid it wouldn't work the first time he got on. I prayed a few times! It seemed like it didn't have a good connection with the battery, even thought the battery charger indicated it was fully charged. We finally figured out there was a clear rubbery substance on the wires that had to be removed to make a proper connection. Once we scraped this off "both" wires (black and red), it cranked every time. The dump bed works smoothly, and comes with a shovel. It also comes with an R/C for a parent, or can be operated manually by a child. This ride on was bought for an active 18 month old boy who loves the outdoors. It is a one seater, and seems like it will last him a while. I would say it is appropriate up to about 3-4 years of age. It is a 12V/ 7A ride on and starts smoothly without jerking. Required a little assembly. I gave a 4 star only because there should have been instructions or a number to call for troubleshooting. If we had known about the need to scrape off the clear rubbery substance, there would have been no problem. I called the number provided, but it is a 3rd party voicemail.

This truck is amazing so far, too amazing because my grandson won’t get off it. It’s noisy and has noisy music. Battery is holding, The Remote control is great to stop little kids from getting in trouble. Definitely worth the cost. I thought it was a slow speed being on 12V but it’s really perfect as is, speed is appropriate for a toddler. Assembly was easy enough.

Absolutely great product for 2 years old boy birthday present! He loves it so much! I was thinking it will be very heavy, but the weight is great for mom to carry it, even for outdoor and indoor activities! Recommend!!!

The battery actually lasts a long time! We’ve had it now 2 months and the battery still lasts 2-3 whole days. It was kind of a pain to assemble, definitely recommend Atleast two people. That being said it only took my husband and I 20-30min to assemble. The Bluetooth works great as well. The bucket doesn’t tilt too fast or too slow. It’s been two months and my toddler still wants to play with it all day!

I wouldnt even give it one star but had no choice but to. We tried getting our money back but never got a response because it was leaking a fluid. It never lasted more than 15 mins of playtime with a full charge. It now does not work at all and it was bought in December. We would highly not recommend buying this. A Waste of money! We spent almost $400 on another dump truck toy and wanted to go a cheaper route but that $400 dump truck is still going strong. I would say you get what you pay for but I feel we didn't even get that.
