Double check or triple check your connections Buy the sealant for the connections and use it If your R32 leaks out it’s hell on wheels to get more to replace it it’s EPA controlled and you have a professional A/C technician come to fill it costing more than a new unit

I have a rental property that are two bedroom unit. this AC unit is absolutely worth every single penny. its light, small and easy to install. yet, it has 12000BTU (which is 1 ton in US AC slang), which is sufficient for 1000 SQFT of space in GA's hot summer. most importantly, it is QUIET. it has no more noise than a fan when its running. so you can barely feel its running. there is NO comparison to old windows AC unit, when it start, it can wake you up at night. it also has remote and phone app so you can program it, schedule it.

This unit is supposed to be able to hold a set temperature. It does not. Contacting tech support revealed u cannot talk directly to a tech. You tell the problem to a receptionist who then passes the info on. Its like whisper down the lane but worse. The responses were never in anyway helpful resulting in multiple contacts with no help at all. Finally, I sidestepped the provided customer service number and contacted Costway through their websites contact info. They responded that the unit will maintain a temp of 78 in cooling and I think 72 in heating. If that is the only temps it will automatically maintain, then that's not helpful. Mine does not automatically maintain any temp in any mode. I called an ac repair tech and he says the circuit board isn't functioning. Now we begin the process of trying to replace that. I'll add to this when I find out if the unit will maintain any set temp, and how Costway does at dealing with the circuit board. Update 10/17: Costway has no service team that could assist my AC guy in trouble shooting the problem. They also have no parts to repair the unit. They suggested submitting a warranty claim. I'll update this post. Update: Costway refunded the money after making multiple videos showing the unit malfunctioning even when the temp was off by ten degrees. They kept making excuses when it wasn’t functioning within 5 degrees of temp. They did not require me to return the broken unit.

Very satisfied easy to install my wife and I did it in an afternoon. Very quiet it exceeded my expectations. The spring weather we're having is up and down on the 80 degree days the ac works really well we've had a few nights where the temperature was 30 with frost the heat performed great 72 in my living room dining room kitchen also down the hallway to the bathroom and bedroom. I had a vacuum pump so that worked out all in all Very good system

We purchase this a little over a month ago and absolutely love it! It's cooling a 14'x35' area of our home. It is super quiet, you don't even know it's there. The outside unit is so smaller than our 1.5 ton HVAC unit that died and friend and family have really been impressed by it.

Good value. With just a couple of shortcomings. Drain hose provided is quite short. I think most installations will require more hose. Copper tubing is thinner than anything I have used before. I am a retired hvac tech. I would advise using the plastic sticks that you insert before bending to prevent crimping. Quality seems decent overall.

It works well for my bedroom. It cools the whole room efficiently and the temperate is well maintained as set. And the noise is minimal, you will not notice it. Besides, the manual is detailed with sufficient instructions for the installation, though I also get a hand from my friend. Overall, it is not difficult to install it. Highly recommend it for its quality and acceptable price!
