What a beautiful salt and pepper display. Love the way it looks on my counter. It plugs into the electricity therefore it always works. Filing was easy and if the pepper/salt stops coming out, just give it a quick shake. Would recommend just for its looks. It’s both beautiful aesthetically and it works.

Only had a couple of weeks, but these look nice, seem solid and work well. Quality charging mechanism. Only small gripe is that it can be a bit difficult to tell when the grinders are properly aligned on the charging pad. Be nice if either the charging area was a bit deeper (better lock in the location) or there was some more visual alignment markings on the pad. Overall good value for what I paid. Very happy so far.

There’s lots of options for rechargeable and battery operated grinders. I love these because you can top load the salt and pepper. It makes refilling very easy. The adjustments are also better than they found on some of the other battery operated grinders.

The media could not be loaded. We had an older battery operated one and this is definitely an upgrade! It’s quite sturdy and has a nice weight so it won’t fall over as easily I suppose. The bottom lights up so you see how much pepper or salt or whatever you’re dispensing. The coarseness can be easily adjusted too. The tray collecting residue is neat and makes it’s so much easier to keep things clean. My favorite thing I suppose is the bottom of the dock that can hide the cable because I always lose my cables!!! I think this would be a great Christmas gift or housewarming gift

My wife and got this for each other last Christmas, we loved it. Then 3 months later 1 of the 3 grinders stuck in the on position and would not shut off. According to the help online it says to remove the battery without instructions. There is no way to just open and unplug the battery. You essentially have to break in to the unit to unplug now rendering you grinder scrap. I reached out to the manufacture and tried to get this problem resolved without any luck. Continued to not return my calls, very disappointing. Now 6 months later the 2nd of 3 units did the same thing. How extremely disappointing we loved and now we are left with this was a complete waste of money.
