This carport is very sturdy. My husband and I assembled this with no issues. We actually shortened it and narrowed it slightly to fit in the spot we had for it. I'm parking my MINI in it so it didn't need to be as tall as it was. I do recommend wearing the provided gloves when putting on the roof panels - these are super sharp. Definitely use the rubber protector for the bottom of the roof pieces. I also recommend tape of some kind for the inside roof seams, again super sharp. ... show more

Carport arrived quickly in several very heavy boxes. Some of the edges of some of the roof panels were bent at the edges, due to the boxes being mishandled, but not that noticeable. There should be clearer warnings about the potential of getting cut on the edges of the metal roof panels. I did slice my thumb open pretty good. Process was fairly straight-forward, but if the roof panels didn't line up exactly, the screw holes wouldn't align right and there is no easy way to get the screws in other than tearing the panel hole to make it wider of drilling new holes (which became a tedious process). Not sure how this will affect the rusting or longevity of the roof. TIP: Make sure all of the legs are absolutely level with each other or the roof panel screw holes will NOT align with each other. It would help to have an absolutely level pad. Once completed, it seems to be a sturdy carport. Probably not bad for a first effort. ... show more

received with all roof panels bent on alternating corners, Screw length when attaching Part D to B 3/8 inch too short I would suggest you replace supplied screws with 54- 1/4 by 2 inch and 50- 1/4 by 2 1/4 hex bolts with washers and nut , it will cut your assembly time in half, supplied drill bits too large for secure fit on roof panels Still need to buy concrete drill bits , All the reviews are false ... show more

Nothing that comes with this carport is galvanized!! Panels are covered with laser paper so they don’t get the gray paint scratched. but the panels are very thin & some came with dents in them & use gloves that come with kit the sheets are very sharp Easily put together by myself all in all not bad For the price All the parts are covered with plastic packed well Only time will if it will hold up The last panel was rushed on inside before it was installed They should be able to advertise that the panels are galvanized!!!! Just beware not anything that was GALVANIZED!!! ... show more
