  • Excellent quality as always
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
I love the fact that these headsets last long and deliver great audio quality. I accidentally bought this for my ps5 because I had the wireless and sought out to replace it with another and got this. Its still just as good, I highly recommend this and its very much worth the money.

  • First was a defect, second works beautifully.
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
Initial one star review: Straight out of the packaging, the headphones are disgusting. They smell as though they are covered in peanut butter. The microphone is damaged. I haven’t even gotten a chance to use them because of how gross they look. I don’t know how Amazon can let a product like this be sold. I’m truly hoping I simply got a defective headset. I will be returning this headset for a new one. Hopefully then I can give this a better review. Updated review: I am going with four stars, because of the initial product being sent to me. The replacement headphones are so much better. The packaging was perfect, and there were no signs of tampering. The headset itself fits comfortably over the ears. The quality of sound is really good. The added bonus of getting to change the flashing colors on the side of the earbuds is fun. The software that needs to be downloaded, is free and easy to use. I am quite happy with the new headset that was sent. ... show more

  • Best Value and Quality
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
You can't get this quality unless you spend $99 for a better headset. Highly recommended and very comfortable to wear.

  • Amazing headset, questionable quality
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
I've used this headset for 7 years. The problem: I've bought 5 of them. Almost yearly I've had to replace them, for a different reason every time. Ranging from the USB part being shoddy to the headset straight up just breaking in half randomly. The sound quality is incredible, the microphone is pretty good too. They're super comfortable to wear and easily my favorite headset. I like them a lot. I just wish they lasted longer. ... show more

  • Microphone too silent.
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
Big headphones not for small head, price to performance is acceptable if you don`t use microphone, too silent when you speak, microphone on off feature is pretty useful.

  • Works with PS4
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
These headphones are compatible with a PS4. I was concerned when I opened the box because I did not notice that it says it is for PC/MAC. These headphones have a USB port which can be plugged into the Playstation. Works well. Love the sound quality.

  • Lost Faith in Corsair Headsets
Color: Carbon Pattern Name: Headset
I was rocking a Corsair Void Pro for 3+ years & I use many other Corsair products (computer case, mouse, keyboard) for years as well. The Corsair Void Pros were my favorite headset to have owned in many years. They were durable, sound quality was great, mic quality was great, comfort was great (I have big ears so most headsets hurt my ears & this one did not). I even preferred them over my HyperX Cloud IIs & Kraken Pros. My Void Pro headset still works, but it's starting to fall apart & has minimal issues (example: I start to get staticky in Discord & all I have to do is unplug the USB from my headset & plug it back in) & the casing around the wires are starting to wear down; just normal wear & tear. I saw the Void Pros were replaced by the Void Elites. I was excited because the Void Elites come with 7.1 surround sound & when I researched them, they basically sounded like they were the same look as the Pros, but updated sound-wise. So of course I bought the Void Elites to replace my Void Pros. I plugged my headset in & tested out the sound & mic quality first (sometimes things work better before you update the drivers/firmware). I noticed some issues immediately. I was extremely low in voice chat on any platform (in-game chat, Discord, Teams, etc.). I also noticed that I would get into a video game & the sound would be great, but then the sound would drop like 10-20 volume levels lower. I updated my drives & updated the firmware. Since I'm already a Corsair user, I already have the iCUE software installed. I installed everything, restarted my computer, & my Void Elites are still having the same mic volume & game volume dipping issues. I checked all of my settings: Windows Control Panel to make sure my mic was boosted which it was to 100% (max), checked my Discord output which was at 200% (max), my friends in Discord said they increased the volume on me to 200% & I was still extremely low for them & hard to hear. But this wasn't just for Discord; I was also low in in-game chat, & Teams meetings. As for my sound dipping issue for games, I thought that might be stemming from the one Windows setting that reduces background volume to a certain % when the PC senses you're using your mic, but that was already disabled. I decided to uninstall & reinstall my drivers, but that didn't work either. I did a lot of research on this headset to troubleshoot & these issues appear to be very common with the Elites. When I did find a fix for an issue, it didn't work for me or some issues weren't resolved at all. This led me to a Reddit user's post who troubleshot his headset even more than I did & he still hasn't found an actual resolution, but did find a workaround by downloading a 3rd party app to increase his voice volume. However, this still doesn't fix the issues with my headset sound dipping about 1-2 minutes of being in a game. At this point, I just decided to buy a different headset because I don't feel you should need to download a 3rd party app in order to make a headset work, when it should just work. I tested this headset on a different PC & had the same issues. Now it is possible I received a defective headset, but after reading how common this issue appears to be, I just decided to go with a different headset. I purchased the SteelSeries Arctis 5 & I LOVE THEM. The Arctis 5 offered me everything I wanted & more than what I was expecting & I'm glad I made the switch. I was severely disappointed in the Void Elite headset & wanted to love them, but they just weren't cutting it for me & the only positive that came to them was the comfort. TL;DR - Void Elite not up to par with previous model, the Void Pro. Mic & sound quality bad on the Elites & found no real way to fix it. Only real pro is comfort. ... show more
