We got thickest, 42-in round, 2 months ago. It arrived rolled up, and as expected per the instructions, I had to use a hair dryer (small, low wattage) to heat the vinyl. I got it unrolled in 15 minutes despite my arthritic hands. I have had heavy kitchen cooking and bake wares on it, plus heavy tools, and see no permanent scratches or indentations. It cleans easily whether using washcloth with soap or using disinfectant wipes. (I used vinegar/water solution successfully, too, though I was told by an acquaintance that the vinegar was not advisable on vinyl, with no information of possible ramifications.) This cost one third the price of plexiglass for same size. Documentation says it is not perfectly round and may need trimming, but I found it almost perfect and did not need to do any trimming. It covers the edge of the table, protecting the tablecloth fabric on the edge. I definitely recommend this. ... show more

I had an issue with the first one I bought but the seller took it back and sent a new one out right away. The new one was about 3" too long on one side but I cut it off with scissors and now it's starting to lay flat. Easy to clean and you can still see the table though it. You may get rings on it if you put a cup of hot tea/coffee on it. It did go away after a few days but now I use a coaster for drinks on just to be safe. ... show more

Very thick, durable and perfect to put on a wood table you'd like to protect from food and liquid. We tried a thinned version that ended up being useless. This is perfect for our needs. I do recommend.

Great protection. High quality. Exactly what we needed. Runs slightly large, which is intentional to ensure coverage and there is risk of some minor shrinking once unrolled. Still, ended up hanging off the edge a bit. Minor issue. Still does it’s job well.
