Im using this ram with a 6800 xt and 5600 and i never usually go over 15gb usage unless im video editing with a lot of clips loaded up. havent had a crash or nothing in daily use.

Replaced a similar set with these because those (g.skill ripjaws) never played well since day 1, usually random bluescreens due to memory management but impossible to pin down. I actually ended up RMAing 3/4 sticks over the course of 3 years and the problem is still there. Obviously them replacing them after that long was cool, but the replacements were also defective. I finally decided to try replacing the ram entirely and it hasn't crashed on me once! I put the ripjaws into another computer with a different brand of mobo and the issue shows up there now. I think I'll stick with Corsair in the future ... show more

    • Great for the 5600x and older processors!
The product is as described! The ram will greatly benefit the 5600x, and any older processor! You may not notice a big difference in newer processors, but for those stuck on AM4, this shall be your last upgrade before the new platforms. Happy Easter and happy shopping!

All 4 dimms passed memtest. Micron chips. Single rank sticks so you need all four to run in dual channel. DCOP works fine,tRC defaulted to 84 on my motherboard,I manually set to 55 as it is in the intended spd If it proves to be unstable I'll change the review. So far for day one it seems great.

This ram is by far the cleanest looking ram i’ve seen on the market, it also seems to be running very good, i haven’t tried to overclock it yet, i will make an edit once i try overclocking and see how it works. I will tell you all how to enable the bios on your motherboards so you can enable xmp, you must click restart on your pc, you can find this on the bottom right on the windows logo and click the power button and hit restart, once you hit restart, immediately start clicking the delete key on your keyboard, for some motherboards you may have to hold shift instead of the delete key.
